Jack Maes was arrested for DWI after he was located stopped on the Off-ramp to Old Pecos Trl. from I-25 partially blocking the lane and found to be impaired. Maes refused chemical testing and was booked for Aggravated DWI.

Victim reported an acquaintance of his stole a 9mm Handgun and a 22LR revolver handgun from his residence, while visiting him on Sunday, 2-6-2011.  Case is under investigation.


CASE 0211002009 / SHOOTING AT DWELLING OR OCCUPIED BUILDING / 02-10-2011

ON THIS DATE VICTIM REPORTED HE NOTICED A HOLE IN THE ROOF OF HIS HOT TUB SUN ROOM ON JANUARY 27TH.  TODAY  HE LOCATED A BULLET IN THE SUN ROOM.  INVESTIGATION FOUND WHERE THE BULLET DID COME THROUGH THE ROOF AND LANDED ON THE LEFT SIDE OF HOT TUB.  UNKNOWN DOLLAR AMOUNT ON THE DAMAGE TO ROOF AT THIS TIME.  CASE IS UNDER INVESTIGATION AT THIS TIME.

LOCATION:  100 BOCK OF HIJO DE DOIS NORTH, ELDORADO AREA

ITEMS STOLEN OR DAMAGED:  247 PIECE SET OF GORHAM COMPANY SILVER FLAT WEAR, VALUED $75,000.00.

ON THIS DATE AT ABOVE LISTED LOCATION VICTIM REPORTED THEY DISCOVERED THAT SOME UNKNOWN PERSON  (S) REMOVED HER 247 PIECE SET OF SILVER FLAT WEAR FROM THE WOODEN CASE.  VICTIM REPORTED THE LAST TIME SHE OPENED THE CASE WAS ABOUT TWO YEARS AGO.  UNKNOWN WHEN ITEMS WERE STOLEN OR BY WHOM AT THIS TIME.  CASE HAS BEEN FORWARD TO CRIMINAL INVESTIGATION UNIT.

On this date Deputies responded to the above address in reference to an unattended death. The victim (36 year old Male) was located unresponsive. It was undetermined at this time what the exact cause of death was. Prior to death victim made threats to harm himself.

Arrested: Peter Stazione, Age: 53, Vadito NM

Deputy observed above listed subject failing to maintain lanes and speeding.  After several tests were administered by Deputy, above subject was arrested and booked into the Santa Fe County Detention Center.  Subject submitted to a legal blood draw.

Stolen: Samsung TV, Two Laptops, Hard drive, Digital picture frame, Jewelry

Victim advised that sometime this date between 1000 and 1300hrs some unknown person entered the residence forcefully and stole the above listed items. Case is under investigation.

ITEMS STOLEN OR DAMAGED:  22' FLAT SCREEN TV, PANASONIC PLAY STATION AND THREE GAMES, ACER LAPTOP COMPUTER, ITEMS VALUED AT $1,750.00

ON THIS DATE AT ABOVE LISTED LOCATION VICTIM REPORTED AROUND 2:00PM THIS DATE SOMEONE ENTERED HER HOME WHILE SHE WAS WORKING ON HER COMPUTER AND REMOVED THE ABOVE LISTED ITEMS.  SUSPECTS MUST HAVE HEARD VICTIM IN THE HOUSE AND LEFT.  ENTERY WAS GAINED THROUGH AN UNLOCKED BACKDOOR.  VICTIM DID NOT SEE ANYONE OR HEAR ANYONE AT THE TIME.  CASE IS STILL UNDER INVESTIGATION.

ON  THIS DATE AT ABOVE LISTED LOCATION IN MADRID, BEHIND THE BASEBALL FIELDS IT WAS REPORTED TO COUNTY EMPLOYES ABOUT UNIDENTIFED SUSPECTS REMOVING SCRAP METAL FROM THIS LOCATION.  IT WAS DISCOVERED BY THE EMPLOYEES THAT TWO LARGE STEEL CULVERTS HAD BEEN REMOVED.  CASE IS UNDER INVESTIGATION AT THIS TIME.
