Victim reported that on this date between 3:15pm and 3:30pm some unknown person entered victim’s vehicle by breaking the passenger side window and stole the above listed items while victim was skiing.
The items stolen were valued at about $275.00
0211001285 Death Investigation

On this date Deputies responded to the above address in reference to an unattended death. The victim (73 year old Male) passed away at the above residence. It was undetermined at this time what the exact cause of death was. There were no signs of foul play located at the scene; death appears to be of natural causes.

Arrested: Eric Martinez Age: 43 Santa Fe,NM
Deputies initiated a traffic stop with the listed vehicle and contatced the driver. Upon speaking with the driver, a drivers license check was conducted and he was found to be driviing a vehicle while his license was revoked arrest pursuant. The driver's vehicle was then seized in accordance to Santa Fe County vehicle seizure ordinance.

Victim reported that early in the AM hours they heard numerous gun shots. Victim heard a vehicle flee the area shortly after-wards. Victim checked the outside of the residence and found that their wall and mailbox were damaged. Case is under investigation.

On This date victim reported that on 11/23/10 at about 2:00am some unknown person unlawfully entered the temple and stole the above listed item. It is unknown at this time how entry was made into the temple.
The above listed stolen items were valued at about $20,000.00

On This date victim reported that sometime between 6:30pm to 6:45pm some unknown person attempted to gain entry into his garage. The unknown suspect used a piece of wood to bang on the door causing minor damage to the door. Entry was not gained. A black Dodge pickup with Mexico plates was seen leaving the area.

On This date victim reported that sometime between 1/6/11 and 1/24/11 some unknown person unlawfully entered her residence by unknown means and stole the above listed items.
The above listed stolen/damaged items were valued at about $4350.00

Stolen: Samsung 32" Flat Screen TV: XBOX 360,: Glock .45pistol: .22cal pump rifle: Mossberg 12 Gauge shotgun: WWII M1 carbine.
On above date deputies were dispatched to Old Santa Fe Trail in reference to a burglary. Upon arrival it was determined that unknown person(s) gained entry to the residence through an unlocked front door and stole the above listed items. Victim stated that the items were stolen sometime between 1:30 PM and 5:00 PM on the date of report
While at the residence the renter who resides in the mother-in-law quarters also advised that his residence had been burglarized during the same time period. The suspects gained entry into the residence through an unlocked front door. A Toshiba laptop was the only item stolen from the residence.
The above listed stolen/damaged items were valued at about $3300.00

On this date Deputies conduct a traffic stop on the above suspect / vehicle. The suspect driver was found to have a suspended/revoked driver’s license. The above driver was arrested and booked into the Santa Fe County Jail.
