Suspect: Maria Gallegos     Age: 45   Santa Fe

Deputies responded to domestic dispute and discovered Maria Gallegos had battered a household member causing minor injury.  She was arrested and Booked  withouit incident.

 Location Of Incident: Pyue Rd. / Old Las Vegas Hwy

Suspect: Pending

 It was reported that sometime between Febuary and April 17, 2010 some gained unlawful entry to a residence at the above location and caused extensive damage throught the residence. It also appeared that the suspects were eating the food that was stored inside the residence.

Victim: Josephine Gottsche, Age: 93

On 04-17-10 the victim was found dead on her front patio. It appears that the victim was doing some yard work when she collapsed to the ground. The case is still under investigation.

Victim reported that sometime between 02:00 AM and 05:00 AM on 04-17-10 someone broke the window to his vehicle to gain entry. Stolen from inside the vehicle was a Radar Detector.

 The victim reported that sometime between 04-12-10 and 04-16-10 someone broke the garage door to a residence he was moving out of. Once entry was gained the suspects broke all the windows to his vehicle.

Location: Morning Drive- Santa Fe

On 04-15-2010 the victims reported that they were walking from the Convenience Store when a silver Lexus drove towards them in an attempt to hit them with the vehicle. The victims reported that the vehicle then turned around and again drove towards them. The victims were able to safely get out of the way. Suspect information is pending in this matter.

Arrested: Salvador Hermosillo-Talavera age: 32

Charges: D.W.I.

On 04-15-10 at about 2143-hours/ 9:43pm, the above driver was found sitting behind the streering wheel of his vehicle. Upon making contact he displayed signs of impairment. The above individual submitted to the Standardized Field sobriety test and was subquently placed under arrest. He was read the NM Implied Consent Act and agreed to be tested. His results were .11/.12 BrAC. He was booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Jail accordingly.
