On 8-13-2010 the suspect and victim were involved in a verbal altercation in a vehicle at the location. The altercatiuon turned physical when the suspect struck the victim in the facial area breaking his eye glasses and also striking him on the arm causing mino scratches.

Once entry was gained, person(s) unknown removed miscellaneous jewelry items, miscellaneous pottery items, a laptop computer, a GPS unit,, check book, traveler's checks, photo album and US Passport.

On 8-24-2010 at 10:18 PM the suspect was operating the vehicle south at the location with a non-operational headlamp. The suspect was found to be under the influence of an intoxicating liquor and had a Breath Alcohol Content of .08 or greater. The vehicle registration as well as the insurance were both expired.
