On this date Deputies responded to the above address in reference to an unattended death. The victim (61 year old Male) passed away at the above residence. It was undetermined what the cause of death was at this time; there were no signs of foul play located at the scene, appears to be of natural causes.

VICTIM: 65 YOA MALE
Victim was found by his family members in the residencee. Victim was located in bed and found non-responsive. Medics were called to the location. Investigation revealed that victim had major health problems and was scheduled to begin Hospice this date. No criminal activity was found and OMI was contacted to take over.

Deputies responded to above location after victim reported that four unauthorized transactions were noticed on their account. The transactions were noticed on the bank statement mailed to the residence. The transactions totaled $289.04 all from a Microsoft website. Case is under investigation.

Arrested: Roberto Borrego Age:20 Santa Fe, NM
Deputy observed driver of vehicle speeding. A traffic stop was initiated and upon contact with the driver it was found that the driver was impaired due to an intoxicant. Driver was arrested.

Victim reported that sometime on this date between 8:00am and 5:00pm some unknown person unlawfully entered the residence by forcing open the back door. Upon entering the above listed items were stolen.
The above listed stolen/damaged items were valued at about $1330.00

On above date deputies were dispatched to above address in reference to a Larceny. Victim reported that sometime between 0400PM on 01/10/11 and 0800AM on 01/11/11 some unknown person(s) stole the above items from a locked building on the property. The items were valued at about $2950.00, case is under investigation

Victim reported that sometime between 01/09/11 and this date some unknown person unlawfully entered her residence by unknown means. Upon entering the above listed items were stolen and damage. Victim was notified when a neighbor called and advised that water was coming out of the garage.
The above listed stolen/damaged items were valued at about $3100.00

Stolen: 55" Samsung LED flat screen television, damaged glass patio door.
Sometime between the hours of 7:30 AM, Tuesday Jan. 11, 2011, and 5:45 PM victims residence was burglarized. Suspect(s) gained entry thru a side patio glass door by shattering it with an unknown object, replacement value at $1,500.00. Once inside suspect(s) stole victims 55" Samsung LED flat screen television valued at $3,799.00, but did not take any other electronics or other personal items belonging to the victim.

On 1-11-11 the spokesperson for the Homeowners Association in Tierra Rael trailer park stated. She wanted to document the constant problem of graffiti within the trailer park. Multiple walls, fences, and curbs have been damaged by the graffiti within the last month
The damage was estimated to be about $1000.00

Stolen: 3 Designer sunglasses, Black Designer purse, HP laptop, Sony video camera,32 inch Sony flatscreen TV, X box 360, Kinetic for X box, PSP, 6Xbox games unknown games
On above date deputies were dispatched to above address in reference to a burglary. Victim stated that between the hours of 12:00pm and 4:00pm the above items had been taken from her residence. The suspect appeared to gain entry to the residence by prying the rear door open.
The above listed stolen items were valued at about $2500.00
