Charged: Bench warrant out of Santa Fe County Magistrate Court and Concealing Identity
On 9/27/10 deputies were dispatched to above location in reference to the suspectbeing at the residence and having an active warrant for his arrest. Upon arrival a male subject was locaated outside and identified himself as Conrado Guizar. A female identified the male as Alfonso. A check of the Santa Fe County inmate lookup photo revealed that Conrado was indeed Alfonso. He was placed under arrest, transported and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center. He was served with the warrant and charged with Concealing identity.

Location: 4700 block of Agua Fria, Santa Fe, NM (lower Agua Fria)
On 9/27/10 victim stated she was advised by her sister on Saturday that unknown suspects had come to the property and broke into both of her residences. Victim went to the property and found that the suspsects had cut the fence going onto the property and stole a stackable washer and dryer and a water heater from one residence. Victim then stated that the suspects then went to the second residence and stole a washer and dryer set. Suspects kicked open the front door to one of the residences and the other went through the garage. Estimated value of items taken is $3200.00.

Arrested: Joel Hernandez - age 28, Santa Fe, NM
The above driver was stopped because he was suspected of a domestic battery. He exhibited signs of impairment and placed under arrest. He submitted to a breath test and the results were .18 and .19. He was additionally charged with battery against his wife and booked into ADC.

Arrested: Lizbeth Villa - age 22, Santa Fe, NM
The above driver was stopped for failing to maintain her lane. During the traffic stop she exhibited signs of impairment and was placed under arrest. She submitted to a breath test and the results were .12 and .11. She was booked into ADC.

Location: Camino Perdido - Arroyo Seco/La Puebla area
Arrested: Robert Santistevan SR - age 42, Santa Fe, NM
Deputies responded to a report of breaking and entering in which the victim used a machete to defend himself against the intruder. The intruder was injured and fled the area to his own residence. Deputies followed a trail of blood from the victim's residence to the suspect's residence where the suspect was there located. He was treated for his injuries at St. Vincent's Hospital and subsequently arrested and booked into ADC.

Victim reported that her vehicle was broken into as it was parked along the Hyde Park Road. The door to her vehicle was left open. The victim stated that she had her purse and its contents taken.

Victim reported that her vehicle was damaged. The paint to her vehicle was damaged throughout the vehicle. This case is still under investigation.

Victim reported that unknown persons entered the above victim’s residence by kicking in the front door. Once inside the unknown suspects took the above items. The burglary took place at some point between on September 24, 2010.

Arrested: Julian Silva DOB: 5/25/1986 Charges: Trafficking, Distribution of Marijuana and Dispensing Prescription Drugs
Deputy stopped the above subject for a motor vehicle for a vehicle infraction. During the course of the stop, the deputy was able to detect the odor of marijuana. After a consented search of the vehicle several baggies of marijuana, cocaine and Viagra (No Prescription). Subject was arrested.
