On the above date, the above named officer responded to the above location regarding the above investigation.  Victim advised that while she was working at the above business person(s) unknown gained forced entery into her vehicle by breaking the rear passenger window.  Once inside, suspect stole $150.00 in US Currency.  For further information, refer to officer's report.

Charged:  Battery Against a Household Member

On 3-19-2010 at 11:20 PM the suspect was operating the vehicle west at the location and was involved in a verbal altercation with her boyfriend.  The altercation turned physical whcn the suspect struck her boyfriend in the face.

0210002194 Death Investigation

Location: Alondra Road, Eldorado NM

 Deputies responded to residence in Eldorado NM in reference to a death investigation. Upon arrival a 95 year old female was. CPR was been conducted by family members and paramedics but they were unable to resuscitate female. There were no signs of foul play and the death appears to be of natural causes.

Above Victim reported that an unknown suspect broke into his vehicle and stolen the above firearm. The firearm was entered into NCIC.

Arrested: Jody Martinez DOB: 4/11/79 Charges: Battery Upon a Peace Officer
The above subject was an inmate at the Detention Center on unrelated charges. While the inmate was being moved to an area he battered the Detention Officer that was guarding him. The Officer sustained a minor injury.
