On 8-14-2010 at 1:40 AM the suspect was operating the vehicle north at the location when when it almost struck the deputy who was conducting a traffic stop of another vehicle. The emergency lights of the deputy's vehicle were activated at the time of the incident. The suspect was found to be under the influence of an intoxicating liquor and refused to submit to a Breathalyzer Test.

On 8/12/10 between 0800 and 1800 hours victim stated that his residence was burglarized. Victim stated that suspects entered the residence and took a 50" flatscreen TV, 2 DVD players, a DHL antenna, misc. clothing, and prescription medication. Victim stated that suspects broke into the rear window to gain entry. Estimated value of items taken is $910.00. Estimated damage amount is about $200.00.
