The above suspect and his wife were involved in an argument that became physical. The victim stated that she was battered by the suspect, who grabbed her by the wrists. The victim had injuries consistent with this type of abuse.

Sometime between the hours of 5:00 p.m. and 6:30 a.m. today (6-8-10) an unknown person broke the right rear window on a 2008 Toyota truck parked at the above location.  Suspect(s) unlawfully entered into the vehicle and stole an I-Pod, purse and wallet. No suspect or witness information is available at this time.

Sometime between the hours of 12:00 a.m. and 6:30 a.m. on June 8, 2010 an unknown person broke the right front passenger window on a 2004 Jeep Cherokee which was parked unoccupied at the above location.  The unknown suspect then reached through the broken window and stole an I-Pod shuffle and a wallet from inside the center console.  No suspect or witness information is available at this time.

Victim was awakened to the sound of her car alarm at about 3:30am. Later inspection showed the victim's passenger side window was shattered and a radar detector was missing from inside. No suspects or witnesses are known at this time.

On 6-8-2010 at 1:24 AM the victim reported that approximately three weeks earlier she was at the suspect's residence when he made sexual advances towards her.  The victim told the suspect to stop and he ignored her.  The victim alledges that the supect ultimately removed her clothes and engaged in sexual intercourse with her against her will.
