On 7-25-2010 at 8:57 PM the suspect was operating the vehicle north at the location. The suspect lost control of the vehicle and allowed it to leave the roadway and strike a Tesuque Tribal Police Department vehicle which was stopped on the shoulder of the roadway with its emergency lights flashing. The suspect was found to be under the influence of prescription medication. The suspect was unable to produce proof of registration or insurance.

On 7-25-2010 at 12:44 AM the suspect and victim were involved in a verbal altercation at a residence at the location. The altercation turned physical when the suspect lit four T-shirts on fire and threw them at the victim. The suspect also threw a laptop computer at the victim damaging thew computer. The suspect also struck the victim in the torso and arms inflicting minor injuries.

On 7/24/10 victim advised that her vehicle was burglarized. Victim stated that this occurred between 1630 and 1800 hours. Victim stated that unknown persons broke the passenger front window to gain entry and took a checkbook. Another vehicle was broken into which was a 2004 Chevy Aveo. Unknown what was taken from this vehicle due to the victim not being located at time of report. Estimated damage amount is pending along with estimated value of items taken.

Charged: DWI, Stopped vehicles not to interefere with other traffic, Expired registration, No Insurance
On 7/24/10 at 1420 hours, suspect was found passed out behind the steering wheel to his vehicle, with the keys in the ignition and the vehicle was parked in the roadway on southbound SR 14 in the turn lane to Penitentiary Road. Suspect displayed signs of intoxication. Suspect appeared to be disoriented, lethargic, and was having a hard time maintaining his balance. Suspect denied consuming alcoholic beverages but admitted to consuming prescription medication. Suspect was then arrested and submitted to a blood draw. Blood results are pending. A check with the Texas Division of Motor vehicles revealed that the registration was expired. Suspect could not provide proof of insurance. Suspect was then transported and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center.

On 7/24/10 between 1445 and 1538 hours some unknown persons broke into a 2010 Mercury Mountaineer by breaking the rear passenger door window. Unknown persons gained entry into the vehicle and stole a laptop computer, 2 cell phones, 2 Ipods, 3 shoulder bags, 2 wallets, 2 purses, miscellaneous jewelry, misc. souveniers, and $75.00 in cash. Estimated value of items taken is $2225.00. Estimated damage amount is pending.

On 7/23/10 between the hours of 1430 and 1454 witness observed suspect taking a TV out of his neighbor's residence. Witness obtained a license plate in which an attempt to contact the suspect was made but with negative results. Victim stated that suspects entered through a window and damaged the screen. Victim also stated that the suspects damaged the door which does not close properly. Estimated value of the item taken is $300.00.

On 7/23/10 deputy was flagged down by victim who stated that her purse was stolen from inside her vehicle as she was conducting business at the office. Victim stated that suspect stole the purse, $250.00 in cash, a New Mexico driver's license, an EBT card and a Shell gas card. Victim stated that her vehicle was unlocked at the time. Estimated value of items taken is $300.00.
