On 4/22/10 at about 1100 hours deputies responded to above location in reference to an unresponsive female. Victim's daughter found victim in her bedroom unresponsive and not breathing and called 911. Victim had a medical history. OMI arrived on scene. No foul play was found.

On 4/22/10 victim stated that unknown persons cut the lock to the gate and entered the property and stole a 1981 bronze and white in color GMC Jimmy K15 vehicle. Unknown persons broke the window to the vehicle and gained entry. The vehicle was for sale. Estimated value of the vehicle is $4000.00.

On 04-22-10 the above individual was involved in a motor vehicle crash on Santa Fe County Road 84. During the investigation it was learned that the above individuals license is revoked with the arrest clause. The vehicle was seized pursuant to Santa Fe County Ordinance 2006-5. The above individual was placed under arrest and booked into the Santa Fe County Jail accordingly.

On 04-23-10 the above individual was operating a Nissan Pathfinder. The vehicle was observed failing to maintain lane. Upon making contact with the driver it was learned that his license was revoked do to a prior D.W.I. The driver was booked into the Santa Fe County Jail accordingly.

On 4/23/10 suspect called his sister and threatened to kill her. Suspect was located at a friends house hiding in a closet, and was arrested, charged , booked accordingly.

On 04-21-10 the above listed individual was pulled over for failing to maintain her lane of travel. The above individual was operating a 2001 Nissan Altima heading south bound on Cerrillos Road. Upon making contact with the driver, she was found to be in possession of approximately 3.2 grams of Crystal Methamphetamines. She was also found to be in possession of two digital scales, pipes, and packaging material. The above individual was placed under arrest and booked into the Santa Fe County Jail accordingly.

Victim reported that after returning home from being in California for several months he noticed that his house had been burglarized. The above listed items were stolen from within the garage and were valued at about $3720.00
