On May 8, 2010 at 22:07 hours the above listed individual was observed traveling northbound on state Road 14 in a red in color ford pickup subject was observed failing to maintain his lane of travel, crossing the center divider and fog line several times. subject was placed under arrest after displaying signs of impairment. driver was read the implied consent and refused to submitt to a breath test. Subject was transported to the Santa fFe County Detention Center and booked accordingly.

ON THIS DATE SUSPECT WAS FOUND IN A VEHICLE PARKED IN ABOVE LISTED AREA. INVESTIGATION FOUND WHERE HE HAD A WARRANT FOR HIS ARREST FOR FAILURE TO PAY FINES TO THE MAGISTRATE COURT OF SANDOVAL COUNTY. SUSPECT WAS ARRESTED AND TAKEN TO THE ADULT DETENTION CENTER AND THE WARRANT WAS SERVED WITH OUT INCIDENT.

SUSPECT GOT IN A VEHICLE AND HEADED EAST ON AGUA FRIA. NO FURTHER SUSPECT INFORMATION WAS AVAILABLE. VICTIM ADVISED THAT A LAWNMOWER WAS MISSING FROM THE SHED VALUE UNKNOWN.

On 05-08-2010 the above individual was observed driving a Chrysler Cirrus eastbound on West Alameda. The vehicle was observed passing in a no passing zone. Upon making contact with the driver, signs of impairment was observed. The driver submitted to the SFST's and was subsequently placed under arrest. The driver refused to submit to chemical testing as per the Implied Consent Act. The driver was booked into the Santa Fe County Jail accordingly.

On 05-08-10 the above defendant was observed operating a Saturn Vue, traveling north on US 84/285. The vehicle was observed failing to maintain it's lane of travel. Upon making contact with the driver, it was noticed that her eyes were bloodshot and watery and an odor of an alcoholic beverage was emmitting from her breath. The driver submitted to the Standardized Field Sobriety Tests. The driver was then placed under arrest and transported to the Santa Fe County Sheriff's Department, where a breath test was conducted. The driver's results were .15/.15BrAC. The driver was booked into the Santa Fe County Jail accordingly. The driver was also unable to provide proof of insurance.
