Victim reported that sometime between 0612-10 8:00 PM and early this morning someone gained entry to his property and stole  some construction tools. The property is protected with a locked gate so the suspect had to walk in from the road to steal the items.

Suspect: Ashley Hererra   Age: 21   Velarde NM

Deputies responded to a domestic disturbance and discovered that Ashley Herrera had battered a household member as well as two other people in the residence.  She also damaged the home owners door.  This occurred during a child exchange and minor injuries were reported.  Herrera was booked into SF Co. Detention Center without further incident.

On the above date the suspect was arrested after she had struck the victim on the head during a domestic dispute.. The suspect was placed under arrest and booked on the above charges..

Victim reported that someone forced entry into his home sometime between 1430 and 2330 hours on 6/12/10. The suspect(s) stole a computer, laptop, misc. clothes, and a television. No suspects or witnesses were identified at the time of report.

Charges: Driving While Intoxicated
Suspect was found asleep in his vehicle, in westbound traffic. The vehicle was on and the vehicle was in neutral. The suspect exhibited several signs of intoxication. The suspect was arrested and a breath test yielded a 1.5% breath alcohol percentage.

Stolen Items: 2 safes, .22 caliber revolver, .357 revolver, 2 gold plated horse shoe shaped diamond rings, 3 sets of binoculars, approximately $30,256 estimated value of items.
Victim reported that on 6/10/10, between 700am to 500pm, unknown persons broke into his house and stole the above items. There were no signs of forced entry into the home. This case is still under investigation.

On 06-11-10 a family member went to check on the victim because he had not been seen in a couple of days. After making entry to the victim's residence he was found face down in his bathroom dead. The cause of death is unknown at this time and the case is under investigation.
