The victim reported that sometime between 04-23-10 9:00 AM and 04-26-10 10:00 AM someone forced entry to the victim's shed and stole several items.

Location:  residence off of Encantado Loop, Santa Fe, NM (Eldorado)

Victim stated sometime between the hours of 1000 on 4/15/10 and 1000 on 4/24/10 unknown persons stole 3 crystal chandaliers and a black pottery vase with gold inlay from her residence.  Victim allowed ex-husband in the residence while she was gone.  Estimated value of items taken is $120,300.00.


0210003326/ Aggravated Driving Under the Influence of Intoxicating liquor or drugs/ 04/25/10

Arrested: Rosabella Martinez age: 69

Charges: Aggravated D.W.I. and Reckless Driving

On 04-25-2010 the above individual was observed operating a Mercedez Benz C230 southbound in the northbound lane of travel. Upon making contact the above individual displayed signs of impairment. The driver was asked to submit to the Standardized Field Sobriety Test and subsequently placed under arrest. The above individual was transported to the Santa Fe County Sheriff's Department for a breath test. The above individual would not provide a proper breath sample. The above individual was booked into the Santa Fe County Jail accordingly.

Location: Northland Court, Edgewood NM

Arrested: Kim Thompson 55 years old. Edgewood NM

On this date deputies responded to a domestic disturbance at the above location. Suspect was advised not to have any further contact with the victim. Suspect was placed in the back of police car awaiting a ride from a friend when he continued to use his cell phone to call and harass the victim. Suspect was arrested and booked into the Santa Fe County Jail.
 


0210003313/ Aggravated Assault against a HHM/ 04-25-2010

Charges: Aggravated Assault on Household Member, False Imprisonment, Tampering with Evidence, Battery Against a Household Member

On 04-25-2010 the above individual was involved in a physical altercation with a household member. The victim reported that the individual was drinking alcoholic beverages and became angry. The individual walked outside and kicked his car. The victim tried to get the individual to stop kicking the car, at which time, she was kicked. The individual then threatened to stab the victim. The individual left the resdidence prior to Deputies arrival . However, the individual was found shortly after and taken into custody. The individual was booked accordingly into the Santa Fe County Sheriff's Dept.

Charges: Attempt to commit a Felony to wit Breaking and Entering

On 04-24-2010 the aboved individual was attempting to force entry into an apartment at the above location. The indvidual was observed by the Deputies trying to climb into the window. The individual was placed under arrest and booked into the Santa Fe County Jail accordingly.


0210003312/ Driving Whiel under the Influence of Intoxicating Liquor or Drugs/ 04-15-10

Charges: Driving While Under the Influence of Intoxicating Liquor or Drugs

On 04-25-10 the above individual was observed operating a Mitsubishi Diamante on St. Francis Drive. Upon making contact with the driver, it was determined that the driver was under the influence of an intoxicating liquor. The subject submitted to the Standardized Feild Sobriety Test. The subject was placed under arrest and given a breath test. His results were .15/.15 BrAC. The subject was booked into the Santa Fe County Jail accordingly.

Victim reported that sometime between 8:00 a.m. on 4-21-2010 and 8:00 a.m. today (04-24-2010) an unknown person entered a residence that is unoccupied and for sale and stole a white in color Kenmore clothes dryer valued at $500.00.  Victim advised that the residence was left unsecured during the time frame in which the dryer was taken.  No suspect or witness information is available at this time.

                 Demand, Mandatory Proof of Financial Responsibility

On 4-24-2010 at 3:00 AM, the suspect was operating the vehicle south at the location when she passed a marked Law Enforcement vehicle that was traveling at the posted speed limit.  The suspect was found to be under the influence of an intoxicating liquor and had a Breath Alcohol Content of .16 or greater.  he suspect was unable to produce her driver's license and proof of insurance upon request.

Damage: window, door lock valued at $400.00

Victim reported sometime between 4/22/10 4:00pm and this date at 7:30am some unknown person broke the vent window on his vehicle. The suspects also damaged the driver side lock and entered the vehicle; nothing appeared to be missing at this time.
