Victim reports that between 7:30am and 1:30pm, someone entered her home through the kitchen window when she was away. A laptop and several jewelry items were stolen from inside. No suspects or witnesses have yet been identified.

Victim reports that at about 2:00pm, on July 28th, someone forced entry into his home by prying open the front door. Several power tools were stolen from inside. One witness reported seeing a Maroon mini van parked in front of the residence at the time of burglry. No suspects had been identitfied a the time of report.

Victim reports that sometime between 8:15am and 2:50pm on July 28th, someone entered her residence through an open window and stole various electronics and jewelry from inside while she wasn't home. No witnesses are known at this time.

The victim reported that on July 28th, between 5:00pm and 6:30pm, someone shattered the window to her vehicle which was parked at the above location. The victim's purse, along with her identification and credit cards were stolen from inside. No suspects or witnesses are known at this time.

Suspect: Paul Lucero Age: 22 Santa Fe
Deputies served a search warrant at 26B Nancy's trail and recovered multiple Marijuana Plants, Illegal Mushrooms and drug paraphernalia. Paul Lucero was arrested and booked for possession of the above items.

Victim reports vehicle was burglarized on JUNE 12, 2010 and victim failed to report incident until today. A S&W 40.cal hand gun is reported stolen and entered into NCIC. Case is under investigation.

Location: South Fork Road Area - Off NM 14
Arrested: Marcos Rivera - age 21 - Santa Fe, NM
Deputies investigated a domestic altercation in which the victim reported being battered by the above subject, her ex-boyfriend. The victim had injuries to her legs and ankles and was transported to St. Vincent's Hospital. The investigation additionally showed that the victim may have struck the suspect with her vehicle as she was trying to get away. Deputies later located the suspect at St. Vincent's hospital with injuries consistent with being hit by a car. He was placed under arrest and booked into ADC after being released from St. Vincent's.

The above driver was stopped for failing to maintain his lane of traffic. During the traffic stop, the driver exhibited signs of impairment. He was placed under arrest and he refused to submit to a breath test. He was booked into ADC accordingly.
