On 07-26-10, Deputies were dispatched to the above location for a burglary. Upon arrival contact was made with the complainant, who advised that she left the residence at about 9:45am and returned about 12:00pm. Upon returning home the complainant noticed a screen was removed from the front window and the window was open. The complainant reported that the above items were taken. This case is currently under investigation.

Above driver was stopped for careless driving. During the course of the traffic stop, the driver gave multiple identities, none of which could be confirmed. The driver was placed under arrest and booked accordingly.

On 7-26-2010 at 3:46 PM the suspect and the victim were involved in a verbal altercation at a residence at the location. The altercation turned physical and both parties are claiming batteries against the other. The victim is also alleging that the suspect held her against her will and would not let her leave. Investigation continues.

On this date deputies were dispatched to above address in reference to a stolen 4-wheeler. Upon arrival it was determined that sometime between 10:00 AM and 2:00 PM on this date some unknown persons stole the above listed 4-wheeler from a covered parking area at his residence. The ATV was valued at about $6500.00

On 7/25/10 between the hours of 0800 and 1755 someone broke into the rear door of the above address by kicking it open. Once inside suspects stole a flatscreen TV, an air compressor, and a rifle bb-gun. Estimated value of items taken is $3500.00. Estimated damage amount is $100.00.

On 7/25/10 deputies were dispatched to above address in reference to a domestic dispute. Upon deputies arrival, victim stated her boyfriend had become upset with her after he had been drinking all day. She stated that he pushed her and struck her several times while she was packing her things to leave the house. She stated that he grabbed a shotgun and pointed it at her. Victim stated that he put the shotgun in the trunk and left the area. Victim was not injured. A warrant was obtained.
