Suspect was observed at the above location driving in a careless manner and on his cell phone. Traffic stop was conduced and driver was found to have suspended/revoked license with an arrest clause. Driver was arrested and booked into the Santa Fe County Jail without incident.

Victim reported that sometime between 1533hrs and 1606hrs on this date at the above location her vehicle was burglarized. The driver side widow was broken and the above listed items were stolen valued at about $12370.00.

Victim reported that sometime between 4/17/10 and 4/23/100 some unknown person burglarized the victim’s residence and stole the above listed items valued at about $2350.00. Unlawful entry was gained by kicking in the back door.

Deputies responded to the above location in reference to two people with possible warrants. Upon making contact the above person concealed his identity by giving a fake name and DOB. Suspect was arrested and booked into the Santa Fe County Jail.

On 04-23-10 at approximately 10;40 AM a deputy was dispatched to the above loctaion reference to an activated burglar alarm. upon his arrival it was discovered that the a window in the rear of the residence had bee forced open. Once entry was gained several items of value were taken. It was determined that all the items taken were valued at $5,710.00.

Sex offender shall register no later than 10 days after a change in his living arrangements. He was arrested and booked accordingly without incident.
