Caretaker stated that his neighbor's residence was burglarized sometime between 3/21/10 and today. Burglars gained forced entry by breaking the window on the southside kitchen door. Caretaker stated burglars stole a 46" flatscreen TV. Estimated value of damaged door and TV is about $3000.00.

Victim reports that sometime between 10:00pm on March 28th and morning of March 29th, two vehicles at the above location were forcibly entered through the door windows and items stolen from inside. No suspects or witnesses were known at the time of investigation.

Deputies responded to a fight call with shots fired. Upon arrival no victims or suspects were located. Witnesses stated a dark colored Ford Expedition was seen leaving the area and one shot was fired into the air from the passenger side. Case is under investigation.

On 03-28-10 while the Deputy was investigating a Battery incident at the above location it was discovered that the suspect had two outstanding warrants for his arrest. When he was being placed under arrest he got aggressive towards the deputies and started struggling with the deputies. He was restrained and taken to jail where he was booked on the above charges.

Charged: DWI, Driver Must be Licensed
On 3-28-2010 at 1:59 AM the suspect was operating the vehicle at the location. The suspect stopped at the location when he observed deputies present at the location investigating a disturbance. The suspect was found to be under the influence of an intoxicating liquor and had a Breath Alcohol Content of .08 or greater. A check with the New Mexico Department of Motor Vehicles revealed no driver's license on file for the suspect.
