CHARGES:  DWI-CARELESS DRIVING-REVOKED LICENSE

ON THIS DATE SUSPECT LISTED ABOVE CRASHED HIS VEHICLE AT THE ABOVE LISTED LOCATION.  DEPUTY ARRIVED AND FOUND SUSPECT UNDER THE INFLUENCE.  DRIVER'S LICENSE CHECK SHOWED SUSPECT HAD A SUSPENDED OR REVOKED DRIVERS LICENSE.  SUSPECT WAS ARRESTED ON ABOVE LISTED CHARGES AND TAKEN TO THE ADULT DETENTION CENTER.

Stolen: Various Jewelry

On 10-24-09 the housesiter reported that sometime between 10-23-09 and 1-24-09 an unknown person entered the residence. The Housesitter believes that various items of jewelry were taken. It is believed that the suspect entered through a doggy door on the northeast side of the residence. Suspect information is pending at this time.

Loction: Camino San Jose, Santa Fe NM

Stolen:  Car stereo, IPod, Backpack, Value unknown.

Victim reported her vehicle broke down last night near Camino San Jose and Camino Cumbre. She left it there over night till she could get help to get it running again. When she awoke and went to check on the vehicle she realized unknown suspect(s) shattered the driver side window and stole several items including the car stereo, an IPod and a school back pack.

Stolen: Red leather purse, check book, credit cards, $520.00 in cash

Victim stated that on the aforementioned date between 10:15am and 12:00pm she parked the above vehicle and an unknown person opened the trunk and took above item. Victim cancelled all credit cards and put a flag on her checking account.


0209009436 Unlawful taking of a motor vehicle

Stolen:red and white 2007 suzuki GSXR600 Motorcycle. Value $8000.00

On this date Victim reported that some unknown person stole his above listed motorcycle. Victim worked Graveyard Shift and left for work at 6:00pm and his sister came home at 10:30pm and did not see the aforementioned vehicle. Victim stated that nobody had permission to take the vehicle. Shoe and tire impressions were located going to the rear of the residence where there is a dirt access road. Tire impressions were also located of a utility or Motorcycle trailer also on the dirt access road.

Stolen: Weed Eater, Value $220.00

Victim stated that between June of this Year and October 15, 2009 an unknown person pried the lock to his shed and took the above item. Victim also stated that he was on vacation and was notified by his neighbor that on October 15, 2009 they got broken into, and they checked on his house and saw the shed was open. Victim notified a friend who screwed closed the shed door and replaced the lock.


0209009408 Driving on Suspended Revoked and Headlamps Required 10-23-09

Arrested: David Toscano 31yoa

On the above date, the above named officer conducted a traffic stop on the defendant for driving without his headlamps on.  Upon making contact, the defendant did not have a driver's license in his possession.  Upon running a driver's license inquiry, defednant returned with a revoked driver's license with an arrest clause if he didn't have an interlock devise in his vehicle.  Upon inspecting the vehcle, it did not have the interlock devise and the defendant was arrested.  He was transported and booked at the adult detention center.  Pursuant to Santa Fe County Ordinance 2006-5 the vehicle was siezed.  For further information, refer to officer's report.

Location:  6300 block of Calle Kryshana, Santa Fe, NM

On 10/22/09 between the hours of 1200 and 1330 unknown suspects entered victim's residence by removing a screen from an open window.  Once inside unknown suspects stole a WII system, Playstation 2, 40 games, a Cricket internet card, 2 IPODs, and misc. jewelry.  No evidence was located at the scene.  Estimated value taken is pending.


Case#:  0209009384/ Fraud/, Unlawful use of telephone/ Date: 10/22/09

Location:  residence off of Ridgeline Road, Santa Fe, NM

On 10/22/09 victim reported between 10/15/09 and 10/22/09 he had been communicating with someone regarding an ad he placed in the thrifty nickel solicitating canines for sale for $250.00 each.  Victim stated over thepast week he has received 5 moneygram money orders @ $975.00 each along with instructions to wire transfer money out of state less teh amount of the dog.  Victim has only communicated through telephone and US mail correspondence.  This incident may be a result of an internet scam.  Victim stated that he has been receiving several emails and telephone calls.
