Suspect was driving a 1993 Chrysler Lebaron, bearing NM plate# 992-NZB, and was stopped for no headlights. Suspect showed signs of impairment, and was arrested, charged, and booked accordingly.

On Wed 10/21/09 at approx 0415hrs/am, Deputies responded to a 911 call at the Allsups store. Clerk reported that 3 males approached the store on foot, and 2 males walked in, while the third stayed outside. One of the suspects grabbed the clerked and put a knife to his side, and forced him to open the cash drawer, while the other suspect took all the cash. All three suspect ran away towards Morning Dr. Suspects could not be located, an undetermined amount of cash was stolen. Clerk was not injured. Investigation continues.

Suspect: Jeffrey Martinez age 53
Charges: PENDING
A 30 yr old female reported that on 10/19/09, she met up with her ex-boyfriend at a friends house, and they both left to his residence where they discussed their relationship. Victim claims she told him that she was married now, and didnt want any thing to do with him. According to the victim, the suspect started beating her up, and claimed he was going to get "some", and proceeded to spread her legs and pull off her pants. Suspects mother heard what was going on and told them to stop. Suspect allegedly pulled out a 9mm handgun, pointed it at her head, and held her against her will for several hours until he fell asleep, and she was able to leave. Victim claims she was terrified and did not report the incident, until the suspect statred calling her home and threatening her and her husband. Investigation continues.

On 12/20/09, at approx 2244hrs/10:44pm, subject was driving a 2004 Pontiac Sunfire bearing NM plate# KPP-924, and was stopped in the middle of the intersection. Suspect was found to be impaired, and was arrested. A 16 yr old female was passenger in the vehicle, and was also impaired. Suspect was taken to St. Vincent Hospital for a blood draw. Suspect booked accordingly.

On 10/20/09 victims reported that 6 PS3 games and 5 packs of Skydancer cigarettes were taken from their dorm room which was left unlocked. There were no signs of forced entry. Victims approached a male who told them to talk to his lawyer. Victims stated that this occurred between 1300 and 1415 hours. Estimated amount of items taken is $385.00.

On 10/20/09 victim reported a hispanic male wearing all black entered her residence through an unlocked front door while she was inside. Victim stated that the suspect was wearing a black mask and could not identify him. The male suspect demanded that the victim give him money. Victim advised that she told suspect she did not have money and also threatened to call police; suspect fled on foot to a waiting car across the street. Unknown make or model on the vehicle but the victim noticed it had a loud muffler.

On 10/20/09 victim reported that between 0800 and 1530 hours unknown persons gained entry into his home through the rear door and removed a Toshiba 42" TV, a Compaq Laptop computer, a Sony camera, and misc. tools. Victim did have information on one of the items which was entered into NCIC. One of the tools was located in an open field south of the home. Estimated amount of items taken is $1900.00.

ARRESTED: ABRAHAM MARTINEZ, 19 YOA MALE, SANTA FE AREA
CHARGES: DWI, RECKLESS DRIVING AND LICENSE UPON DEMAND
ON THIS DATE AT THE ABOVE LISTED LOCATION, SGT. COLEMAN OBSERVED SUSPECT DRIVING A WHITE IN COLOR 2000 FORD PROBE AT A HIGH RATE OF SPEED, WEST BOUND ON AIRPORT ROAD. SUSPECT HIT CENTER MEDIAN OF ROADWAY ALMOST LOST CONTROL AND THEN WAS PACED WITH PATROL UNIT AT ABOUT 70 MPH IN THE POSTED 45 MPH SPEED ZONE. SGT. COLEMAN STOPPED VEHICLE AND IDENTIFED THE DRIVER AND NOTICED THAT THE SUSPECT HAD BEEN DRINKING. DEPUTY NISSEN WAS SENT TO SGT COLEMAN'S LOCATION AND TOOK OVER INVESTIGATION. SUSPECT WAS FOUND TO BE INTOXICATED (.10 BrAC) AND HE WAS ARRESTED ON ABOVE LISTED CHARGES AND TAKEN TO THE ADULT DETENTION CENTER AND BOOKED. VEHICLE WAS IMPOUNDED.
