Victim reported that sometime between 07-10-10 9:30 pm and 0711-10 11:00 am some one gained entry to her residence through an unlocked garage door. Once inside the suspect spray painted SURIII on the interior walls in red spray paint. Nothing was stolen.

Suspect: Maria DeJesus Age:21 Dulce NM
Maria DeJesus was arrested for DWI after being stopped for several traffic offenses. She appeared to be impaired from prescription medication, marijuana and alcohol. Her bac is pending blood analysis. She was also charged with possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia.

Suspect Vehicle: Black, Unknown Make, SUV
On 7-11-2010 at 2:10 AM person(s) unknown, utilizing unknown means gained entry to a residence at the location through the rear door. Once entry had been gained, person(s) unknown removed a washer and dryer and placed them on the gtound outside of the residence. Person(s) unknown then fled the area in the suspect vehicle. The residence is unoccuppied. The washer and dryer were returnwed to the residence and the rear door was secured. There were no signs of forced entry.

Victim: Frances Burke, 74, Santa Fe, NM
On 7-10-2010 at 10"53 PM deputies responded to a report of the victim being unresponsive and bleeding from the mouth at the location. Upon the arrival of Law Enforcement and Emergency Medical Personel advanced life support measures were taken but the victim was unable to be revived. At 12:39 AM, 7-11-2010 Deputy Medical Investigator Susan Laskonski pronounced the victim deceased. There were no signs of foul play.
