Victim reported that sometime between 8:30 p.m. yesterday (5-6-10) and 6:30 a.m. this morning (5-7-10) an unknown person(s) gained forced entry into his residence and rummagned and ransacked the interior. Suspect determined that 3 TV's, a playstation 2, several video games and spray painting tools were stolen. The value of the items stolen and damage to the residence is estimated at $5000.00. No suspect or witness information is available at this time.

On 5-6-2010 at approximately 10:00 PM the suspect drove the victim to an unspecified location and parked the vehicle. Once there the suspect fondled the victim's breast and vaginal areas while she was clothed. The suspect then attmpted to have the victim perfom felatio on him. When the victim refused the suspect brandished a black in color handgun and tried to force the victim to perform felatio on him. The victim refused and was able to convince the suspect to take her home. Once arriving at the victim's residence, the suspect fled in the vehicle.

On 5-6-2010 at 11:30 PM, person(s) unknown, utilizing unknown means, gained entry to the vehicle while it was parked at a residence at the location by breaking the passenger side window. Once entry was gained, person(s) unknown removed a radar detector from the vehicle.

On 05-06-10 it was reported that a vehicle was found at the Camel Tracks that had been set on fire. When the vehicle was located it was completely burnt and no information could be located to tell what kind of vehicle it was or who it was registered to.

On 5-5-2010 at 7:50 PM the suspect was operating the vehicle as it exited from a mobile home park at the location with its horn activated. The suspect was found to be under the influence of an inhalant. A check with the New Mexico Department of Motor Vehicles revealed that his driver's license is suspended. The suspect submitted to a Blood Test and the results are pending.
