On March 6, 2010, Deputies were at above listed address in reference to a follow up on an overdose. While at the residence, suspect was found to be in possession of heroin and drug paraphernalia. Suspect was arrested and booked into Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center accordingly.

Victim reported that suspect pulled up to the intersection and shot an unknown weapon several times in the air. The victim heard the suspects say “Fuck No ES”. No one was struck a gun shot. The suspects were not located.
