On 03-23-10 the above defendant was observed operating a motor vehicle eastbound on Airport Road failing to maintain it's lane of travel. A traffic stop was conducted on Cerrillos Road. During contact with the above male, it was observed that the male showed signs of impairment. The male submitted to the Standardized Field Sobriety Test, and was subsequently placed under arrest. I license inquiry showed that the above males license was revoked with the arrest clause. The male was transported to the Santa Fe County Jail, at which time he was found to be in possession of a white powdery substance. The substance was field tested and showed positive to be cocaine. The subject was booked into the Santa Fe County Jail accordingly.

Victim stated sometime between the hours of 0715 and 2030 on 3/22/10 unknown persons burglarized his residence. Forced entry into the victim home was through the dog door located on teh west end of the home. Victim stated that a guitar, laptop computer, misc. DVD's and prescription medication was taken. Estimated value of items taken is $4000.00. Estimated damage amount is pending.

Victim: Manuel A. Saens-Compos, 33, Santa Fe
On 3-23-2010, at 1:36 AM the suspect was walking at the location when he was approached by the two suspects who were asking for money. When the victim stated that he did not have any the suspects grabbed him, searched him and took $475.00 in US Currency from him. The suspect who was the driver of the vehicle then stabbed the victim in the stomach with an unknown object and both suspects fled the area in the vehicle. The victim was treated at Christus Saint Vincent Regional Medical Center for a minor injury and released. A check with the New Mexico Crime Information Center revealed that there was an active Arrest Warrant for the victim issued by the Curry County Magistrate Court and another Arrest Warrant issued by the Santa Fe County Magistrate Court.

Victim reported that on this date sometime between 7:30am and 4:40pm some unknown person unlawfully entered his residence and stole his flat screen TV. Forced entry was made through the back door of the residence. This incident is currently under investigation by the Sheriff’s Office.

On 3-21-10, at about 10:52pm, dispatch received a call from a citizen, reporting a reckless driver. Deputies located the vehicle at the above location and stopped the vehicle for failing to maintain its lane. Contact with the driver was made and he exhibited several signs of impairment. He was placed under arrest and he submitted to a breath test - results .21 and .21. The driver was booked into ADC accordingly.
