Victim was away from his residence from noon to midnite on 09-26-09. Upon returning home he observed pry marks on the door frame. It did not appear that the suspects made entry. No suspects have been identified at this time.

LOCATION:  AIRPORT ROAD / SAN FELIPE ROAD SANTA FE AREA

ARRESTED:  MARISELA MARISCAL-ORNELAS, 34 YOA FEMALE SANTA FE AREA

CHARGES:  DWI, OPEN CONTAINER, CARELESS DRIVING

ON THIS DATE SUSPECT WAS OBSERVED MAKING RIGHT HAND TURN FROM LEFT HAND LANE OF AIRPORT ROAD ONTO SAN FELIPE ROAD AND THEN DRIVING DOWN THE CENTER OF ROADWAY.  TRAFFIC STOP WAS MADE AND DRIVER LISTED ABOVE WAS FOUND TO BE IN POSSESSION OF AN OPEN CORONA BEER.  INVESTIGATION SHOWED THAT DRIVER HAD BEEN DRINKING AND WAS INTOXICATED (.13 BrAC).  DRIVER WAS ARRESTED AND TAKEN TO THE ADULT DETENTION CENTER AND BOOKED ON ABOVE LISTED CHARGES.  SUSPECT VEHICLE WAS IMPOUNDED.

On the above date, the above named officer responded to the above location regarding the above offense.  Upon speaking with the victim, he advised that person(s) unknown driving a black in color vehicle broke out the windows to his 1997 Buick.  The victim was able to obtain a license plate to the suspect's vehicle.  Upon researching the license plate number, officer proceeded to the suspect's residence, where after questioning, the suspect confessed to the crime and was arrested and booked at the adult detention center.  For further information, refer to officer's report.

Suspect:  Bileen Huston, age 26, Rio Rancho, NM

Charged:  Assault, Disorderly Conduct, Resisting or obstructing an officer

On 10/01/09 while deputy was at St. Vincent Hospital, he observed suspect assault a security guard at the hospital.  Suspect yelled at victim and threatened to hurt him and also closed distance with his fist clinched.  Deputy intervened and arrested suspect.  Suspect was resisting arrest.  Suspect continued to yell in hospital where there were several patients and medical staff.  Suspect was transported to the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center and booked accordingly.

Suspect:  Jennifer Pelt, age 35, Farmington, NM

Charged:  Agg. DWI, Careless Driving, Driving while license suspended/revoked, Open container, Fail to yield to emergency vehicle, Bench warrant out of Sandoval County for failure to appear

On 10/01/09 deputy observed vehicle run a stop sign and almost caused 2 vehicles to crash into the vehicle.  Suspect finally stopped vehicle and contact was made with driver who displayed signs of impairment.  Suspect was given SFST's and was found to be impaired.  Suspect was found to have a suspended/revoked driver's license.  Open containers of Budweiser beer were located inside the vehicle.  Suspect was arrested and read the NM Implied Consent and refused to submit to a breath test.  Suspect was transported and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center.  The vehicle was seized pursuant to the Santa Fe County Ordinance 2006-5.

On the above date the victim reported that someone had broke in to three storage sheds at the above location. Entry was gained by cutting the locks off the doors. Taken from one of the storage sheds was a power washer and some tools. It is unknown what was taken from the other storage sheds because the owners could not be contacted. This incident occured on 09-30-09 between 09:00 AM and 5:30 PM.

On 10-01-09 at approximately 1245 PM deputies were dispatched to the above location reference to a burglary in progress. Upon arrival it was determined that entry was gained through the north side bedroom wiindow. Taken from inside the residence was a TV and some eletronic games. The suspects left through the rear door before the deputies arrival.
