The above subject attempted to cross the median at the above location and got stuck. When deputies made contact with him, he exhibited signs of impairment. He was placed under arrest and submitted to a breath test. The results were .26 and .26 BrAC. He was booked into ADC accordingly.

Victim advised that on this date sometime between 12:30pm and 3:00pm some unknown persons unlawfully entered their residence and stole the above listed items valued at about $2046.00. This incident is currently under investigation by the Sheriff’s Office.

Victim stated that unknown persons took an air compressor, a generator, a water pump, an engine, a leaf blower, a snow blower, a shop vac, misc power tools, a pressure washer, a battery charger, a weed eater, an Arc welder from within. Estimated value of items taken is about $2270.00. Estimated damage amount is 100.00.

On 3/5/10 victim wanted to file a report on losing his wallet. Victim stated that he was at the Allsups on State Road 14 and then proceeded over to the Sheriff's Department for a class. Victim stated that the items he lost was a black wallet, an Alaska State Trooper Badge, several debit and credit cards and a New Mexico Driver's License. Victim stated that this occurred on Wednesday 3/4/10.
