On 3-5-2010 at 2:10 AM the suspect was a passenger in a vehicle which was stopped at the location for failure to dim headlamps. A check with the New Mexico Crime Information Center revealed that there was an active warrant for the suspect's arrest which had been issued by the Santa Fe County Magistrate Court.

On the above date, officers were dispatched to the above location regarding a residential burglary in progress. Victim called and advised that she had just seen a male running out of her home, and upon her entering the home four other males ran out. Officers were able to locate the five males, which were all juveniles. All five juveniles were placed under arrest and booked accordingly at the Santa Fe County Juvenile Detention Center. On teh above date, the above named officer responded to the above location regarding the above investigation. Upon arrival, victim advised that between the dates of February 18, 2010 and today's date, person(s) unknown cut the lock to the gate entering her property. Suspect then pried open the front door and stole two television. Upon interviewing neighbors one advised that they had seen a dark colored truck at the residence on Tuesday. Suspect #2: Dana K. Itule, 24, Santa Fe, NM
Charged: Possession of a Controlled Substance, to wit: Heroin
On 3-3-2010 at 11:52 PM Suspect #1 was operating the vehicle east at the location and failed to stop for a posted stop sign. Suspect #1 was found to be under the influence of an intoxicating liquor and refused to submit to a Breathalyzer Test. A check with the National Crime Information Center revealed that Suspect #1 has three prior DWI offenses. A check with the New Mexico Department of Motor Vehicles revealed that Supect #1's New Mexico driver's license is suspended. A check with the New Mexico Crime Information Center revealed that there was an active arrest warrant issued by the Santa Fe County Magistrate Court for Suspect #1's arrest for Failure to Pay Fines. There was an open minature bottle of Canadian Mist and another open minature bottle of Tequilla in the vehicle. A Search Warrant was obtained and a Blood Alcohol Test was obtained from Suspect #1. Suspect #2 was found to be in possession of a black tar like substance suspected of being heroin. The vehicle was seized pursuant to the Santa Fe County DWI Vehicle Forfieture Ordinance.

Sometime between 03-02-10 5:00 pm and 03-03-10 10:30 am someone forced entry to the victim's garage and stole a leatherman tool, some CDs and some clothing. Entry was gained by forcing open the garage door with some kind of pry tool.
