On the above date, the above named officer while patrolling the area listed above came upon a silver Dodge truck bearing NM plate 323-JYJ parked. upon making contact with the defendant a check was conducted on his driver's license. The defendant returned with an active arest order out of the NMSP #M-49-TR 200903266. The defendant was arrested and booked at the adult detention center without incident.

On 09-30-09 the victim reported that between 3:30pm and 3:47pm, his vehicle was burglarized while parked at the above location. The vehicle was left open while his wife was dropping of their kids. The unknown suspect(s) removed the above items from the vehicle. One of the purses was found on Camino Tierra Real and returned to the victim. Susptects are pending in this case.

Victim: 73 year old female
On 9/29/09 deputy was dispatched to a CPR in progress of an unconscious female who was not breathing. Upon arrival Santa Fe County Medic unit advised that the victim had no signs of life. Deputy spoke to victim's son who located victim. OMI arrived on scene and pronounced time of death. No foul play was located. Victim did have a medical history.

Victim reported that today between 10:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. unknown persons gained entry into her home through an open window and removed jewelry. No physical evidence was located. Estimated amount taken is about $1000.00.

On the above date, the above officer was dispatched to the above location regarding a domestic violence investigation. Upon arrival, victim advised that his son/defendant had punched and kicked him on head and face causing minor injury. Upon making contact with the defendant, he admitted to kicking the victim and was placed under arrest. The defednant was booked accordingly at the adult detention center. At 11:30 p.m. on September 29, 2009 the reporting victim parked his vehicle (1995 Mitsubishi Eclipse) off the shoulder of I-25 and left it unattended due to having mechanical problems. At approximately 8:00 a.m. today (9-29-2009) the vehicle was found to of been burglarized. Forced entry was made through the drivers side window and the stereo system was removed. The 4 tires and rims were also taken from the vehicle. No suspect or witness infomation is available at this time.
