On August 22, 2023, Santa Fe County Detectives investigated a case where a female inmate alleged she was sexually assaulted by a corrections officer while incarerated at the Santa Fe County Jail. The investigation revealed there was enough evidence and probable cause to charge Jared Apodaca with Criminal Sexual Penetration. Jared was booked at the Santa Fe County Jail without incident.

Deputies conducted a traffic stop at the above location. Deputies discovered the subject had a warrant for her arrest. Subject was placed under arrest, transported and booked into the jail without incident. Original Charge: Speeding 16-20MPH.

Deputies were dispatched to the area regarding suspicious vehicles. Upon arriving, Gutierrez was observed at one of the vehicles in question. Contact was made with Gutierrez and he was found to have an active arrest warrant. Gutierrez was arrested and during a search he was found to be in possession of a controleed substance. Gutierrez was booked into the jail.

Deputies were dispatched to the above residence in reference to a domestic violence situation. Upon arrival, deputies learned the above female battered her boyfriend. During the confrontation, the subject grabbed a rock and damaged the victim's car door and window, causing $1,000 in damage. The subject was taken to the hospital. The subject was summonsed into Santa Fe Magistrate Court.

Deputies were dispatched to a burglary. Upon arrival it was learned the suspect unlawfully entered by breaking a door, the suspect then remained in the business for sometime before leaving. Suspect stole the above items.

Deputies arrested the suspect and, while conducting a search, discovered several small blue pills believed to be fentanyl. Deputies transported the subject and booked her into jail.
