On 2-17-2010 at 11:32 PM the suspect went to a residence at the location and began knocking on the doors and windows to gain entry. The victim was in possession of an Order of Protection prohibiting the suspect from contacting her. The suspect was located a short distiance from the residence and taken into custody.

On 2/17/10 deputies responded to a medical assist call and upon arrival Paramedics were attempting to revive a 56 year old female suffering from multiple medical complications. They were unsuccessful and the female was pronounced deceased at the scene. No foul play suspected.

On 02-16-10 at approximately 11:26 AM both suspects were arrested after being involved in a physical altercation at their residence. Both suspects admitted to battering each other. Both suspects had minor injuries which were treated by paramedics and then released to police custody.
