On 03-01-10 Deputies were dispatched to the above location for an assisting ambulance. Upon arrival it was learned that the above individual had an outstanding arrest warrant issued out of the Santa Fe Municipal Court. The subject was placed under arrest and booked accordingly into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center.

Victim got into a domestic dispute with her husband. Victim reported that she felt threatened, during the confrontation and believed that that she was going to be battered. The suspect threw things around the home and admitted to yelling at her and making threatening statements.

Sometime between 02-28-10 8:30 pm and 03-01-10 8:00 am someone gained entry to the victim's vehicle and stole several power tools. The camper was left unlocked so there was no damaged property.

Upon arrival, the victim advised that whithin the lsat three weeks person(s) unknown kicked in the door to her storage unit. The victim advised that it did not appear as if any items were stolen. Sometime between 1300 hours and 1800 hours last date (2/28/10), unknown persons attempted to gain entry into the residence by kicking and breaking the rear garage window. Owner suspects they were scared off by her dog and no entry was gained. Estimated damage amount is about $500.00.
