Victim reported that sometime between 7:45 a.m. and 12:10 p.m. today (May 17, 2010) an unknown person(s) used an unknown pry tool to force entry into a noth side door of her unoccupied residence. Stolen from inside the residence was a 32" flat screen TV and misc. jewelry. The above suspect vehicle was seen in the area during the time of the burglary by a neighbor. No further information is available at this time.

On 05-15-2010 the above individual was involved in a domestic dispute with a family member. The above individual left the residence and was subsequently stopped by Depuites. Upon making contact with the individual the driver showed signs of impairment. The driver submitted to Standardized Field Sobriety Test and was subsequently placed under arrest. The driver refused to submitt to chemical testing and was booked into the Santa Fe County Jail accordingly.

On 05-14-2010 the above individual was traveling at 65 mph in a posted 55 mph zone. Contact was made with the driver at which time he was found to have a warrant for his arrest. Upon further investigation it was learned that the driver showed signs of impairment. The driver was subsequently placed under arrest and transported to St. Vincents Hospital for a legal blood draw. The driver was then transported to the Santa Fe County Jail and booked accordingly.

on 05-16-10 the above individual was involved in a motor vehicle crash at the above location. During the investigation of the crash the driver was found to be under the influence of an intoxicating liquor and or drugs. The driver refused to submitt to Standardized Field Sobriety Test. The driver was placed under arrest and read the NM Implied Consent act. The driver refused to submit to chemical testing. The driver was booked into the Santa Fe County Jail accordingly.

Depuies were dispatched to the above location in reference to a motor vehicle crash. Upon arrival a red Ford F150 was observed in the yard and the gas line was breached leaking gas. The driver had left approximately 250 feet of skid marks. Upon further examination of the truck, an open container of alcohol was found. The drive was unable to provide proof of insurance. The driver was placed under arrest and booked accordingly.

On 05-14-10 at about 10:40pm, the victim reported that he heard someone break the window to his Dodge Durango. The victim reported that upon checking the vehicle he found the front passenger side window broken. The vicitim looked inside and found the above stereo removed from the dash. Incident is under investigation.

Victim reported that sometime between May 12, 2010 and May 16, 2010 an unknown person(s) gained forced entry into her unoccupied residence through the back door causing about $500.00 in damage. Once inside the suspect(S) stole an I-Mac computer, two flat screen TV's, and misc. jewlery with a total estimated value of $5,000. No suspect or witness information is available at this time.

Suspect/Arrested: Diane Mendez, 49-years-old, 6345 Maple St. Santa Fe, NM 87507
On May 16, 2010 at approximately 8:30 a.m. the above suspect went to the residence of her daughter-in-laws to check the welfare of her four grandchildren. A physical altercation insued and the suspect struck her daughter-in-law in the face, pulled her hair and scratched her causing visible injury. The suspect was arrested at the scene and charged with aggravated battery against a houshold member.
