Location: 2700 block of Walnut St. SFNM

Arrested: Jose Salas-Zamora 21yoa and Oscar Jimenez-Martinez 27yoa

On the above date, officers were dispatched to the above location regarding a loud underage drinking party.  Upon arrival defendant Mr. Jimenez-Zamora answered the door.  Officer advised him of the complaint, and he allowed officers into the residence where several persons were located surrounded by alcohol.  Three Juveniles were identified and admitted to drinking.  The juveniles were given a PBT, which did show the presence on alcohol in the system.  Each of the juveniles were given non-traffic citations for Minors in Possession and were later picked up by their parents.  Defendant Salas-Zamora was seen earlier in the night by an officer purchasing four twelve packs of Corona beer, which were located in the residence mostly consumed.  Defendants were arrested and charged with three felony counts of Contributing to the Delinquency of Minors and were booked accordingly at the adult detention center.  For further information, refer to report.

Suspects/Arrested: Pending

 

Victim reported that sometime between 4:45 p.m. on Aug. 21, 2009 and 9:30 a.m. on Aug. 22, 2009 an unknown person(s) gained forced entry onto the property of the above business and then cut the lock off a storage shed on the property.  The suspect then stole a portable generator, six cordless drills, and approx. 5 hammers.  Total value of the items stolen is over $1,000.  No suspect or witness information is available at this time.

 On the above date it was reported that someone had forced entry to a residence at the above location by breaking a window. This occured sometime between 08-21-09 5:00 PM and 08-22-09 7:00 AM. It is unknown what was taken because the home owner was out of town.

 On the above date the suspect was arrested after she was involved in a domestic dispute with her girlfriend. The suspect used a baseball bat to break down the bedroom door, then struck the victim on her arm with the bat.

Victim reported that sometime between 4:30 pm and 10:15pm on 8/21/09, unknown person(s) UNLAWFULLY GAINED ENTRY to the residence by pulling off a window screen, and opening the unlocked window. Suspect stole a flat screen TV, misc clothing, video games, valued at $2,600.00. No suspect/witness(s)

On the above date, officer came uopn the defendant who was passed out in his vehicle parked at the All Sups on lower Airport Rd. SFNM.  Defendant was unable to complete SFST's.  Defendant was arrested and refused to submit to a breath test.  He was transported and booked at the adult detention center.  For furhter information refer to report.

On the above date, officers responded to the above location regarding a loud party.  Upon arrival, the defendant and owner of the residence was confronted regarding three underaged minors who were provided alcohol at her residence.  The three minors were given non-traffic citation and the defendant was arrested and charged with felony "Contributing to the Deliquency of Minors".  She was transported and booked at the adult detention center.  For further information refer to report.

Charged:  Driving While License Suspended or Revoked. Roadways Laned for Traffic

On 8-21-2009 at 8:39 PM, the suspect was operating the vehicle north at the location and was unable to maintain a single lane of travel.  A check with the New Mexico Department of Motor Vehicles revealed that the suspect's Neqw Mexico driver's license is revoked with an ignition interlock restriction.  The vehicle was not equipped with an ignition interlock device.

On 8-21-2009 at 8:03 PM, the suspect was operating the vehicle north at the location with an improperly displayed license plate.  It was learned that Quay County Magistrate Judge David Garnett had issued a warrant for the suspect's arrest for Failure to Appear.

On the above date the victim reported that he had placed a item fro sale on E-Bay. The item was for sale at the price of $14,000.00 and a potential buyer send him a check for $3,200.00, and requested that he cash the check and send him some of the money back. Victim contacted the company from where the check was from and he was told that it was a fraudulent check.
