On the above date the victim reported that sometime between 3-12-10 3:00 pm and 3-13-10 10:00am someone used a blunt object to force entry to his vehicle. Taken were several items valued at $800.00.

On the above date the victim and suspect got in to an arguement over a female calling the victim on his cell phone. After arguing for a while the suspect battered the victim and was placed under arrest when deputies arrived on scene.

Deputies responded to a domestic dispute and upon arrival learned that John Blake had threatened to shoot a household member with a shotgun which he had brandished. He was arrested and booked for Aggravated Assault against a Household Member.

On 3-12-2010 at 12:26 AM the suspect was operating the vehicle north at the location and failed to observe another vehicle which had stopped at the location for a red traffic control signal. As a result the suspect's vehicle struck the other vehicle. The suspect was found to be under the influence of an intoxicating liquor and had a Breath Alcohol Content of .16 or greater. A check with the New Mexico Department of Motor Vehicles revealed that the suspect's New Mexico driver's license is suspended. A check with the New Mexico Crime Information Center revealed that there was an active Arrest Warrant for the suspect issued by the Rio Arriba County Magistrate Court.
