On 05-20-10 the victim reported that between 05-17-10 and 05-19-10 some one stole her vehicle from the above location. The vehicle needed a motor so who ever took it had to tow it off the property.

Arrested: 46 year old female, Santa Fe, NM
A domestic altercation took place at the above address and investigation showed probable cause the above suspect was the primary aggressor. There was evidence of a battery and the victim sustained only superficial injuries. The suspect was placed under arrest and booked into ADC accordingly.

Victim: Gilbert Romero, 28, Cordova, NM
On 5-19-2010 at 8:30 PM the suspect and victim were involved in a physcial altercation at the location. During the altercation the suspect brandished a knife and stabbed the victim three times. The victim was transported by private vehicle to Espanola Valley Hospital where he was treated for non life threatening wounds to his torso and leg and released. The suspect fled the area by unknown means.

Suspect: James Carr Age: 41 Santa Fe
James Carr was arrested for Reckless Driving and Resisting/Evading after he led Deputies on a 10 mile pursuit on NM599 from Milepost 2 to Ridgetop Rd. Carr was suspected to have been involved in an auto burglary and was observed driving reccklessly from the scene. He was apprehended without further incident.
