Victim left  the residence at about 8:30am and returned at about 4:00pm. Upon arriving home the victim observed the above items missing. It is believed that the unknown suspect(s) appeared to have gained entry through an unsecured window. Once inside the above items were taken.

Victim reported that on 8/21/09 between 1:00pm and 4:00pm while playing bridge at the above location some unknown persons burglarized his vehicle. Victim did not notice anything missing until several days later at which time he noticed his cell phone was missing.

On the above date, the above officer responded to a crash at the above location.  Upon arrival the defendant was seen fleeing the area on foot.  The defendant was later located and returned to the scene by officers.Officer detected signs of impairment, and defendant failed field test.  Defendant was arrested and transported to the adult detetion center.  For further information refer to report.

Charged:  Battery on a household member

On 8/24/09 victim claimed that she and suspect argued over his drinking and not having a job.  Victim claims suspect became enraged and struck her on her shoulder.  Suspect admitted to pushing victim.  Suspect was arrested, transported and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center.

Items: Safe, $476.67 cash, moving dolly

Victim reported that some time between 8-21-09 at 5:00pm and 8-24-09 at 6:30 am unknown persons pried open a rear south facing door to the business and stole a safe that was sitting underneath a counter top within the business. Inside the safe was $476.67 cash. Also missing was a moving dolly that Victim suspects the suspects used to wheel out the safe. No suspect information has been developed at this time.

On the above date, the above named officer conducted a traffic stop on the defendant for failure to maintain his lane of traffic.  Upon making contact, the officer noted signs of impairment.  The defendant was arrested and booked accordingly at the adult detention center. On 8/22/09 suspect was observed operating  a vehicle with one headlamp.  A traffic stop was conducted .  Upon contact with the suspect an odor of an alcoholic beverage was smelled emitting from his breath.  SFST's were administered in which he displayed signs of impairment.  Suspect was then arrested, transported, and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center.

Location:  residence off of Camino Tetzcoco, Santa Fe, NM

On 8/22/09 victim reported unknown suspects forced entry by prying open a door.  Suspects took several power tools and miscellaneous tools from inside the residence.  A vehicle was found abandoned in which it was impounded.  Estimated amount for the power tools is pending and also damage amount.
