Victim: 56-year-old male
On Feb. 1, 2010 at approx. 6:30 a.m. deputies responded to a residence at the above location in reference to unconcious male. Upon arrival paramedics had attempted CPR although were unable to resuscitate the male. The victim was pronounced deceased by OMI who also responded to the residence. The victim had a medical history and was currently under physican care. There were no signs of foul play and it appears that the victim died of natural causes.

The individual was placed under arrest and booked into the Santa Fe County Jail accordingly. A breath test was performed with results of .09/.10 BrAC. The above individuals vehicle was seized do to having more than two prior DWI's.
