On 3-10-2010 at 9:13 PM the suspect was operating the vehicle east bound at the location with non-operational taillamps. The suspect was found to be under the influence of an intoxicating liquor and had a Breath Alcohol Content of .08 or greater. A check with the New Mexico Department of Motor Vehicles revealed that the vehicle's registration is expired. The suspect was unable to produce proof of insurance upon request. There were two children in the back seat sharing a seatbelt with one sitting on the other's lap.
