Deputies responded to a domestic disturbance. On arrival they heard screaming from inside the apartment. When trying to investigate the disturbance the above subject attempted to prevent the deputies from entering the apartment. He was placed under arrest and booked into ADC accordingly.

ARRESTED:  AMANDA AHUMADA 20 YOA FEMALE AND GABRIEL E. VALENZUELA 20 YOA MALE BOTH OF SANTA FE

CHARGES:  BATTERY OF A HOUSEHOLD MEMBER, BUYING SELLING GIVING ALCOHOL TO A MINOR, CRIMINAL TRESPASS

ON THIS DATE AT ABOVE LOCATION INVESTIGATION SHOWED THAT AMANDA AHUMADA AND HER BOYFREIND, GABRIEL VALENZUELA HAD BEEN DRINKING AT AMANDA'S HOUSE WHEN THEY GOT INTO AN ARGUMENT.  AMANDA THREW A TV CONTROLLER AT GABRIEL HITTING HIM IN THE FACE.  AMANDA'S PARENTS TOLD BOTH AMANDA AND GABRIEL TO LEAVE THEIR HOUSE AND NOT TO COME BACK.  AMANDA LEFT THE HOUSE AND WENT TO ANOTHER LOCATION.  GABRIEL LEFT THE HOUSE BUT LATER RETURNED ENTERING THE HOUSE THREW AN OPEN WINDOW.  THE PEOPLE AT THE OTHER LOCATION AMANDA WENT TO MADE HJER LEAVE THEIR PROPERTY, SO SHE WENT BACK TO HER PARENTS HOSUE, WHERE SHE WAS LOCATED BY DEPUTIES.  AMANDA WAS ARRESTED FOR BATTERY OF A HOUSEHOLD MEMBER AND BUYING SELLING GIVING ALCOHOL TO A MINOR.  GABRIEL WAS ARRESTED FOR CRIMINAL TRESPASS AND BUYING SELLING GIVING ALCOHOL TO A MINOR.  BOTH WERE TRANSPORTED TO THE ADULT DETENTION CENTER AND BOOKED.

Value: $4,120.00

On 08-20-09 the victim reported that sometime between 07:30am and 4:00pm, an unknown person(s) had entered his residence and stole the above items. Entry was gained by forcing open the kithchen window. No suspect(s) had been identified at this time.l

On 08-20-09 Deputies responded to the above location for a Domestic Dispute. During the investigation the victim reported that the suspect slapped her on her nose. The suspect had fled the residence and was later found in the field. The suspect was placed under arrest and booked accordingly.

On 08-20-09 the victim reported that sometime between 6:30am and 5:00pm today, unknown person(s) took the above items from the property. Approximately 6 fence panels and the feeder were taken from the corral area. Tire tracks and shoe prints were located. No suspect(s) have been identified at this time.

On the above date, Deputies were dispatched to the above location in reference to a Domestic Dispute. During the investigation it was learned that the above individual battered two family members. The above individual was placed under arrest and bookied accordingly at the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center.

On 08-15-09 the victim was participating in a wedding at the above location. While at the wedding someone stole her Chase Visa credit card from her small purse. The victim stated that several charges made on the account by the time she reported the card stolen. The charges were made at Wal-Mart, Sonic, and Yahoo. No suspect(s) have been identified at this time.

Victim stated he sent $3150.00 to his internet girlfriend who lives in Spain via western union, in order for her to come live in Santa Fe. Victim received a personal check from a John Brook who lives here in the USA. Victim stated he is now unable to contact his internet girlfriend and the check has bounced.
