On the above date, the above named officer responded to the above location to assist a fellow officer on a possible intoxicated driver.  The initiail officer witnessed the driver with fresh damage to his vehicle and a tree branch attached to it.  Upon initiating a traffic stop, officer noted signs of impairment.  Defednant was arrested and booked at the adult detetion center.  For futher information, refer to officer's report.

Victim: 55 year old male

Property Stolen: Milwaukee Sawzall ($200), Hitachi Hammer Drill ($500)

 

Victim reported that sometime between 11-20-09 at 4:00 p.m. and 11-21-09 at 11:00 a.m. an unknown person(s) forced entry into a storage room at a construction site located at the above address.  Victim advised that the only tools that appear to have been stolen are a Sawzall and a Hammer Drill.  There is no suspect or witness information available at this time.

Charges: Possession of a controlled substance( Schedule I-IV), DWI, Roadways laned for traffic

On 11/20/09, suspect was driving a 1995 Cadillac, white in color, bearing NM plate# 718-GNR, and was called in as a possible drunck driver. Suspect was observed by Deputy,and stopped. Suspect displayed signs of impairment and was arrested, charged accordingly

On 11-20-09 between 12:30pm and 3:00pm, uknown person(S) entered the residence through a possibly unlocked door. Once inside the residence the above items were removed. Laten prints were located and will be submitted into the NM DPS Crime Lab for analysis. Suspect information is pending

ITEMS STOLEN:  CHOP SAWS, SKILL SAWS, DRILLS, PAN COMPRESSOR, HAND TOOLS & BOX, VALUED AT OVER $4,615.00

ON THIS DATE VICTIM REPORTED HE LEFT HIS HOME AROUND 05:30 PM THIS DATE AND RETURNED AROUND 08:30 PM TO FIND THAT HIS 1997 cHEVY PICKUP, WHICH WAS PARKED IN FRONT OF HIS HOUSE HAD BEEN BROKEN INTO.  VICTIM REPORTED THAT UNKNOWN SUSPECT (S) AHD OPENED THE TOOL BOXES IN THE BED OF THE VEHICLE AND REMOVED SOME PLUMING TOOLS, SAWS, DRILLS AND HAND TOOL VALUED AT OVER $4,615.00.  A CHECK OF AREA WAS COMPLETED AND THERE IS NO OTHER INFORMATION ON THIS CASE AT THIS TIME.  CASE IS UNDER INVESTIGATION

On 11-19-09 the victim reported that between 11-17-09 and 11-18-09 an unknown person(s) entered the unlocked vehicle and removed the above items. The victim was not able to provide a serial number for the Radar. Suspect information is pending at this time.


0209010135 Battery against a household member

Arrested: Thomas Martinez, 21 years old, Santa Fe NM

 Vitim reported that on this date she went to her boyfriends residence, Victim said upon arriving at his house they were involved in an argument that escalated to him pushing her down the stairs, throwing her on the hood of her car, then when she attempted to get in the car to leave he pushed her head into the door frame and slammed the door on the back side of her head. Victim had redness and a bump on the right front top of her head and redness and a bump on the back of the left side of her head behind her ear. The suspect was arrested and booked in to the Santa Fe County Jail.
 


CASE 0209010116 / DWI FELONY - OPEN CONTAINER-DRIVING ROADWAYS LANED FOR TRAFFIC / 11-19-2009

LOCATION: 4600 BLOCK OF AIRPORT ROAD, SANTA FE AREA

ARRESTED:  JOSE L. SANTOS, 42 YOA MALE, SANTA FE AREA

CHARGES:  DWI (FELONY), OPEN CONTAINER AND ROADWAYS LANED FOR TRAFFIC

ON THIS DATE DEPUTY OBSERVED ABOVE LISTED SUSPECT EASTBOUND ON AIRPORT ROAD FAILING TO MAINTAIN HIS LANE OF THE ROADWAY.  SUSPECT WAS STOPPED AND FOUND TO HAVE BEEN DRINKING AND IN POSSESSION OF AN OPEN BOTTLE OF BEER.  DURING INVESTIGATION IT WAS FOUND THAT SUSPECT WAS IN FACT INTOXICATED (.17 BrAC) AND HE WAS ARRESTED.  NCIC CHECK FOUND THAT SUSPECT HAD THREE DWI ACTIONS IN HIS HISTORY WHICH MAKES THIS ONE A FELONY CHARGE.  SUSPECT WAS TRANSPORTED TO THE ADULT DETENTION CENTER WHERE HE WAS BOOKED ON ABOVE LISTED CHARGES.  SUSPECTS 2000 DODGE PICKUP WAS SEIZED AS PER DWI SEIZURE LAW.
