Deputies responded to a domestic disturbance on Emory Pass and discovered that Laura Warnest had battered a Household member causing minor injury. She was arrested and booked for Battery against a Household Member.

On 01-17-2010 at 12:16am a welfare check was conducted on a white Cadillac Escalade while it was parked on the side of the road. It was found that Mr. Martinez was under the influence of intoxicating liquor. Mr. Martinez submitted to testing with results of .13/.13 BrAC. Mr. Martinez was also found to be in possession of an open alcoholic beverage container. Mr. Martinez was placed under arrest and booked accordingly into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center.
Josephine Roybal was a passenger in the vehicle. She was also found to be in possession of an open alcoholic beverage container. She was also failing to comply with verbal commands.

On 01-16-2010 at approximately at 9:19pm, the above individual was pulled over for speeding. During the traffic stop it was learned that his driver's license was revoked. During a search of the vehicle a white powdery substance was located and found to be cocaine. The above individual was placed under arrest and booked accordingly into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center Accordingly.
