On 1/13/10 victim reported that between 1200 and 1645 hours unknown suspects kicked in a rear garage door and also an inner garage door to make entry into the residence. Once inside unknown suspects removed several misc. tools, a Wii game system, a Playstation 2, and an electric guitar. Estimated amount of items taken is pending. Estimated damage amount for both doors is $400.00.

On the above date, the above named officer responded to the area of the above location regarding the above investigation. Upon arrival, the victim stated that about 10:00pm the defendant (her ex-boyfriend) and she were at his residence when he began to accuse her of seeing other men. A verbal argument quickly escalated when the defendant pushed the victim into a wall causing injury to her head and face. The victim then sprayed pepper/mace into the defendant's face in self defense. The defendant then grabbed two kitchen knives and attempted to cut the victim who was able to flee. Officer later made contact with the defendant where he was placed under arrest and transported tho the adult detention center. For further information, refer to officer's report.

On 1/12/10 deputies were dispatched to above location in reference to an activated alarm. Upon arrival deputies located a broken front south facing door broken. Estimated damage amount is $300.00. Victim did not know if anything was taken. Upon further investigation, it was learned that same suspect broke into a business in the Pojoaque area which is handled by Pojoaque Tribal Police. Vehicle information was obtained and suspect was located at a residence in the Espanola area. It was learned that suspect did steal 3 pair of boots at above location. Estimated value of items taken is $500.00. Suspect was arrested, transported and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center.

On 1/12/10 victim stated that unknown persons broke into victim's vehicle while it was parked at his residence and removed several power tools which were inside. Victim stated that this occurred between 1/11/10 at 1730 hours and 1/12/10 at 1630 hours. Victim stated that unknown suspects cut a lock off of the vehicle which he stored the tool. Estimated value of items taken is $4,900.00.

Upon further investigation it was discovered that his stepson's friend had stole a blanck check from his check book, forged the victim's name, and cashed it for the amount of six hundered dollars.

ON THIS DATE VICTIM CALLED AND REPORTED THAT THE ABOVE LISTED SUSPECTS HAD ENTERED THEIR APARTMENT AND BATTERED HIM. INVESTIGATION FOUND WHERE SUSPECTS WERE MAD BECAUSE VICTIMS ROOMMATE WOULD NOT HAVE SEX WITH THEM. THEY CAME TO THE APARTMENT ANDWERE BANGING ON THE DOOR. WHEN VICTIM OPENED DOOR HE TOLD THEM TO STAY OUTSIDE AND HE WOULD SEE IF ROOMMATE WANTED TO TALK TOP THEM. AS HE WENT TO GET ROOM MATE HE WAS ATTACKED BY THEM. AFTER HE GOT AWAY FROM THEM, HE LOCKED HIMSELF INTO HIS ROOM, WHILE THE TWO SUSPECTS BEAT HOLES IN THE WALLS, AND BROKE IN A DOOR ANMD BROKE SEVERAL ITMES INSIDE OF THE HOUSE. DEPUTY LOCATED SUSPECTS IN THE AREA ND THEY WERE ARRESTED AND TAKEN TO THE ADULT DETENTION CENTER AND BOOKED.

ON THIS DATE MISSING PERSONS MOTHER REPORTED THAT MISSING PERSON LEFT THE HOUSE ON 01-10-2010 AROUND 2200 HOURS AFTER INFORMING HER THAT SHE WAS LEAVING THE HOUSE AND WAS NOT COMING HOME. MISSING PERSON WOULD NOT ANSWER HER CELL PHONE, BUT WAS TEXTING HER FREINDS TELLING THEM THAT SHE IN THE MORIARTY AREA. MISSING PERSON WAS ENTERED INTO NCIC AND CASE IS STILL UNDER INVESTIGATION.
