Location:Agua Fria, Santa Fe NM

Stolen: Drill, Saw, Air Tank, battery charger, pressure washer.

Victim reported that sometime between 11/13/09 4:00pm and 11/16/09 8:00am, some unknown person(s) entered the above residence through a rear facing open window. The above listed items were stolen and valued at about $500.00.

0209010040 Unlawful Taking of a Motor Vehicle

Location: Camino Juliana, Santa Fe NM

Stolen: green 1999 Chevy Cavilier. value $2500.00

Victim reported that sometime between 11/15/09 at 11:00pm and this morning at about 5:00am some unknown person stole the above vehicle, while it was parked at his apartment.

0209010039 Criminal sexual Penetration 11-16-09

Location: Agua Fria Rd. SFNM

On teh above date, officer was dispatched to St. Vincent's Hospital regarding a possible CSP. Upon Arrival, victim reported that she had attended a party at an unknown residence off of Agua Fria Rd. She advised taht she had a couple of beers and became tired and fell asleep in one of the bedrooms. When she awoke, her pants were higher on her waist line and she was sore in and around her vaginal area. She does not recall being with anyone. A SANE nurse conducted an examination and CID will follow-up on the investigation. For further information, refer to officer's report.

0209010037 Unlawful taking of a Motor Vehicle 11-15-09

Deputy Assigned: Gerald Lovato

Commander: Lt. Marco Lucero

Location: Quail Run East, SFNM

On the above date, the above named officer responded to the above location regarding the above offense. Upon speaking with the victim, he advised that the last time he saw his truck was around July 15, 2009. The vehcle was discribed as being a 1982 Ford F-250 bearing New Mexico license plate HZL-677 white and red in color. The vehicle was entered into NCIC. 020900010020 Death Investigation 11-15-09

Deputy Assigned: Gerald Lovato

Commander: Lt. marco Lucero

Location: 39 Apache Ridge Rd. SFNM

On the above date, officers were dispatched to the above location regarding a 39 year old male who was found outside of his home unresponsive. Medic 80 attempted to revive the male to no avail. The deceased was inside of his vehicle and had been drinking all day. Criminal investigations took over the scene. There were no apparent signs of foul play regarding this investigation. The body was transported to the office of the medical investigator.
