On this date at about 8:06pm, I responded to 118 Baja Waldo Road in reference to a death investigation. Upon my arrival I met with paramedics who advised of a 79 year old female who they conducted CPR on but were unable to revive her. Female suffered for several preexisting medical conditions and there was no signs foul play. OMI Launi Berger responded and death appears to be from natural causes.

On 3-2-2010, the Victim was escorting the Suspect from one area to another at the location. For reason(s) unknown, during this escort, the Suspect struck the Victim in the facial area with a closed fist causing contusions.

On 01-27-10 the victim puchased a vehicle on the internet through ebay for the amount of $4,700.00 . When he sent the amount requested for the purchase of the vehicle he lost contact with the person he was buying the vehicle from. He made several attempts to contact this person but has had no response.

Charges: Battery against a Household Member and Aggravated Driving under the Influence of Intoxicating Liquor or Drugs
On 03-01-10 Deputies were dispatched to the above location in reference to a Domestic Dispute. Responding Deputies were advised that the above subject was leaving in a red Toyota 4Runner. While Deputies were arriving into the area, they observed the above vehicle and proceeded to conduct a traffic stop. Contact was made with the driver, who was identified as the above individual. During the course of the investigation it was learned that the above subject had been in a physical altercation with a family member prior to leaving the residence. It was also found that the individual showed signs of impairment and submitted to the Standardized Field Sobriety Test. The individual was placed under arrest and transported to the Santa Fe County Sheriff's Department where he submitted to a breath test. His Br AC results were a .20/.21. He was then transported to the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center and booked accordingly.

On 03-01-10 Deputies were dispatched to the above location for an assisting ambulance. Upon arrival it was learned that the above individual had an outstanding arrest warrant issued out of the Santa Fe Municipal Court. The subject was placed under arrest and booked accordingly into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center.

Victim stated that her home was burglarized and that her dog was stolen. The dog was a Chihuahua. This case is still under investigation. A suspect may be identified in the future, as the victim has an idea of who may have taken the dog.

Victim got into a domestic dispute with her husband. Victim reported that she felt threatened, during the confrontation and believed that that she was going to be battered. The suspect threw things around the home and admitted to yelling at her and making threatening statements.

Sometime between 02-28-10 8:30 pm and 03-01-10 8:00 am someone gained entry to the victim's vehicle and stole several power tools. The camper was left unlocked so there was no damaged property.
