Victim reported that sometime between 4/17/10 and 4/23/100 some unknown person burglarized the victim’s residence and stole the above listed items valued at about $2350.00. Unlawful entry was gained by kicking in the back door.

Deputies responded to the above location in reference to two people with possible warrants. Upon making contact the above person concealed his identity by giving a fake name and DOB. Suspect was arrested and booked into the Santa Fe County Jail.

On 04-23-10 at approximately 10;40 AM a deputy was dispatched to the above loctaion reference to an activated burglar alarm. upon his arrival it was discovered that the a window in the rear of the residence had bee forced open. Once entry was gained several items of value were taken. It was determined that all the items taken were valued at $5,710.00.

On 4/22/10 at about 1100 hours deputies responded to above location in reference to an unresponsive female. Victim's daughter found victim in her bedroom unresponsive and not breathing and called 911. Victim had a medical history. OMI arrived on scene. No foul play was found.

On 4/22/10 victim stated that unknown persons cut the lock to the gate and entered the property and stole a 1981 bronze and white in color GMC Jimmy K15 vehicle. Unknown persons broke the window to the vehicle and gained entry. The vehicle was for sale. Estimated value of the vehicle is $4000.00.
