On 5-5-2010 at 7:50 PM the suspect was operating the vehicle as it exited from a mobile home park at the location with its horn activated. The suspect was found to be under the influence of an inhalant. A check with the New Mexico Department of Motor Vehicles revealed that his driver's license is suspended. The suspect submitted to a Blood Test and the results are pending.

On 5-5-2010 at 9:30 PM the suspect sent the victim a message via a Myspace account. This was in violation of an Order of Protection that had been served on the suspect at approximately 8:30 AM, on 5-5-2010. The suspect was subsequently located at his residence and arrested on the charge.

Deputies drove upon a multi-car Motor vehicle Crash. No serious injuries reported however the driver of a White Dodge pick-up, Steve Roybal was found to have driven while his license is revoked for a prior DWI conviction. He was arrested and booked. His vehicle was seized pursuant to the Santa Fe County DWI Seizure Ordinance.
