Arrested: Daniel Martin - age 21, Santa Fe, NM
The above driver was involved in a motor vehicle crash at the above location. He exhibited signs of impairment and was transported to St. Vincent's Hospital by ambulance for treatment of his injuries. He was there arrested and booked into ADC after he was released from the hospital.

On 01-03-2010 the victim reported that sometime between 01-02-2010 at 1100-hours and 01-03-2010 at 1100-hours, an unknown suspect(s) removed two saddles from the victims carport. The saddles were described as being brown in color. One saddle is a western style saddle and the other is an Arabian racing saddle. Suspect information is pending.

Victim reported that between 3:00am and 10:30am on this date an unknown person(s) used an unknown tool to scratch the driver side door and quarter panel of the above vehicle. The unknown person(s) also attempted to break the rear window and rear passenger side window with a broken red brick. . The damage was estimated to be about $1000.00

Victim reported that sometime between 1/1/10 5:30pm and 1/2/10 11:00 am some unknown person(s) stole the tires and rims from their vehicle, a 1999 GMC pickup truck. The vehicle was left on four wooden blocks at the residence. The tires and rims were valued at about $2500.00

Charges: Aggravated Battery Against a Household Member(Felony)
On 1/1/10, at approx 0100hrs/am, Deputy responded to a stabbing, in which the suspect was involved in a verbal/physical altercation with her 23 yr old boyfriend, Shawn Meek. Victim claims he went to bed,and his girlfriend just stabbed him,for no apparent reason, in the left leg, just below the knee, with a small pocket knife. Victim sustained a 2 inch X 1/4 inch laceration. Victim refused to be transported to Emergency Room. Suspect was arrested , charged, and booked accordingly.
