Sometime between 1990 and this date someone stole some jewelry from the victim's residence. The only jewelry that could be identified missing was a gold diamond ring and a coral necklace.

 On 05-06-10 it was reported that a vehicle was found at the Camel Tracks that had been set on fire. When the vehicle was located it was completely burnt and no information could be located to tell what kind of vehicle it was or who it was registered to.

Suspect:  Male. 30, Santa Fe, NM

Victim alledges that she was sleeping in the living room at a residence at the location when the suspect woke her up.  Victim also alledges that suspectplaced his hand under her clothing and used his fingers to penetrate her vaginal area without her consent.

Suspect:  Michael R. Moya, 42, Santa Fe NM

Charged:  DWI, Driving While License Suspended or Revoked

On 5-5-2010 at 7:50 PM the suspect was operating the vehicle as it exited from a mobile home park at the location with its horn activated.  The suspect was found to be under the influence of an inhalant.  A check with the New Mexico Department of Motor Vehicles revealed that his driver's license is suspended.  The suspect submitted to a Blood Test and the results are pending.

On 5-5-2010, between 8:30 AM and 11:00 PM person(s) unnown removed the vehicle from a residence at the location.  The vehicle is not registered and was left unsecured with the keys in the ignition..

Charged:  Violation of Order of Protection

On 5-5-2010 at 9:30 PM the suspect sent the victim a message via a Myspace account.   This was in violation of an Order of Protection that had been served on the suspect at approximately 8:30 AM, on 5-5-2010.  The suspect was subsequently located at his residence and arrested on the charge.

Suspect: Steve Roybal  Age: 57  Santa Fe

Deputies drove upon a multi-car Motor vehicle Crash.  No serious injuries reported however the driver of a White Dodge pick-up, Steve Roybal was found to have driven while his license is revoked for a prior DWI conviction.  He was arrested and booked.  His vehicle was seized pursuant to the Santa Fe County DWI Seizure Ordinance.
