Location: 100 block of Los Pinos Road (La Cienega area), Santa Fe NM
Deputies responded to the above listed area in reference to a medical call. Upon arrival medical personal did not find any signs of life and valid DNR was in place. There were no signs of foul play located at the residence. This case is under investigation by the Sheriff’s Department.

Victim reported that on this date sometime between 7:20am and 2:05pm some unknown person burglarized her residence. Unlawful entry was gained by damaging a window on the west facing door. The above listed items were stolen and valued at about $2650.00

Victim reported that sometime between 08:30 AM and 1:00 PM this date unknown supects gained forced entry in to his residence. Once inside the suspects stole a TV, 4 external computer hard drives, 2 computers, 5 digital cameras and a blanket. The items were valued at $46,000.00.

Arrested: Cesar Cera - age 29, Santa Fe, NM
The above driver was stopped for having an inoperable headlamp. The driver exhibited signs of impairment and there was evidence of the use of marijuana. The driver was placed under arrest and submitted to a blood draw at St. Vincent' s Hospital. He was subsequently booked into ADC.

The victim reported that his neighbor’s home was burglarized. The neighbor saw a suspicious male in the neighborhood. He went to check his neighbor’s home and found the male in the home. The male ran out of the home. The male was tracked for several miles, back into Santa Fe City Limits, but never located. It is unknown the identity of the suspect.
