On 05-10-10 Deputy responded to the above location in reference to a Drug Overdose. Upon making contact with Jail Staff, it was learned that the above individual was in possession of a brown substance. The substance was field tested positive as Heroin. The individual was charged accordingly.

on 05-08-10 Deputies responded to a fight in progress at the above location. Upon their arrival, it was learned that the above subject was involved in a physical altercation with another male. The above individual was found to be in possession of a folded one dollar bill, which contained a white powdery substance. The substance was field tested with a positive reaction for cocaine. The subject was placed under arrest and booked into the Santa Fe County Jail accordingly.

Upon running the license plate through dispatch it was learned that the vehicle had been reported stolen to the Santa Fe Police Dept. on 05-08-2010. Upon making contact with the driver he displayed signs of impairment. The driver was placed under arrest and booked into the Santa Fe County Jail accordingly.

Subject was transported to the Santa fFe County Detention Center and booked accordingly.

SUSPECT WAS ARRESTED AND TAKEN TO THE ADULT DETENTION CENTER AND THE WARRANT WAS SERVED WITH OUT INCIDENT.
