On 07-01-10 the above individual was found passed out in a Toyota 4Runner at the Casitas de Santa Fe Mobile Home Park. Upon making contact the driver displayed signs of intoxication. The driver stated he could not perform the Standardized Field Sobriety Test. The driver was placed under arrest and read the NM Implied Consent Act. The drive submitted to chemical testing with a result of .22/.22 BrAC. He was booked into the Santa Fe County Jail accordingly.

On 06-30-2010 Deputies were dispatched to the above address. During the investigation it was learned that the above individual battered a family member. The altercation started over a text message that was recieved by the family member. The above individual had scratched the family member during the altercation. The above individual was placed under arrest and booked into the Santa Fe County Jail accordingly.

Suspect(s) stole a 32" flatscreen TV, 2 laptop computers, a digital camera, $950.00 in cash and the pet turtle. No suspect's or witnesses information is available at this time.

Victim: 69 year old male, Edgewood, NM
On 6/30/10 victim's wife found her husband deceased laying on the floor inside his bedroom. Victim had medical conditions and was seen by his doctor last date. Victim was in the last stages of lung cancer. OMI Granger arrived on scene. No foul play was involved.

On 6/30/10, Suspect was driving a 1997 Toyota PK, Blue in color, bearing NM plate# GCD-575, and was driving off road, trying to get on the Interstate. Suspect was found to be intoxicated, and was arrested, charged, and booked accordingly. Breath Tests were .17/.15

On 06-30-10 the victim reported that she and her husband had left on 06-24-10 on vacation. The victim reported that they arrived home shortly after midnite on 06-30-10 to find the north facing door open. It appeared that the door had been pryed open with an unknown tool. Once inside the unknown suspect rummaged through the residence. The victim only identified approximately 50 DVD's missing. Suspect information is pending in this matter.

Victim: 64 year old female
On 06-29-2010 at approx. 11:00 a.m. deputies responded to the above location in reference to a deceased female. The investigation showed that the victim had a long medical history and was under physician care. OMI responded to the scene and determined that there were no signs of foul play and the initial cause of death appears to be from her medical history and lack of personal care.
