On 01-16-2010 at approximately at 9:19pm, the above individual was pulled over for speeding. During the traffic stop it was learned that his driver's license was revoked. During a search of the vehicle a white powdery substance was located and found to be cocaine. The above individual was placed under arrest and booked accordingly into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center Accordingly.

The above individual returned to the residence in a black Honda Civic. The individual was also found to be driving on a revoked license. The individual was placed under arrest and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center accordingly.

While attempting to serve the Order of Protection the male subject fled the residence. The subject was apprehended after a short foot pursuit and placed under arrest. The subject was booked accordingly into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center accordingly.
