On 10/14/09 victim advised that when he got home; he noticed that his Lhaso Apso canine was missing from his yard. Victim stated that the other canine was in the yard. Victim stated that he looked for the canine and did not locate it. Estimated value of the canine is $700.00.

Victim: 56 year old male, Santa Fe, NM
On 10/14/09 deputy was dispatched to above location in reference to an unconcious male. Victim was complaining of chest pains and feeling full (like eating to much for breakfast). Victim was laying brick at the above location, fell and hit his head on a brick wall. Victim's brother had seen the incident and proceeded to where victim was and had a friend begin CPR. OMI was called. No foul play was involved and appeared victim suffered a cardiac arrest.
