Victim reported that the above suspect had been drinking for a couple of days. Victim identified suspect as her boyfriend. Victim reported that suspect wanted to have sex with victim who did not want to. Suspect struck victim and held her down (while both were fully clothed) releasing her after further strikes with his hand. No sexual assault took place. Suspect was arrested.
