Victim reported that sometime between 2:30pm on 6/15/2009 and 6:45am on 6/16/09 some unknown person(s) broke the rear passenger door window to victims Black 2009 Toyota Rav-4. The suspects gained entry and stole the above items.

0209005227 Unlawful Taking of a Motor Vehicle

Location: Airport Road (Cuntry Club Apts) Santa Fe NM

Stolen: Gold 1998 GMC pick up, Century Bank debit card.

Victim reported that on May 28that about 2:00pm his vehicle was borrowed by a female friend, who then turned it over to another female who in turn sold the vehicle for drugs in Albuquerque. Victim also stated his debit card was stolen at the same time be the same female, and $535.00 had been charged on it. The vehicle was entered into NCIC as stolen.


0209005264 Residential Burglary 06-15-09

Location: 2700 block of Aspen Loop, SFNM

On the above date, officer responded to the above location regarding the above offense.  Upon arrival victim advised that between the hours of 6:30pm and 10:00pm unknown person(s) entered her home through the soulth bedroom window and stole a Nikon Coolpix camera, a gold and silver watch and a white gold bracelet.  For further information refer to officer's report.  


0209005269 Disorderly Conduct/Resisting Arrest 05-15-09

Arrested: Sergio Miramontes 23yoa

Charges: Disorderly Conduct/Resisting Arrest

On the above date, officer were dispatched to a violent domestic disturbance at the above location.  Upon arrival all lights to the residence were off.  Officer could hear a child crying inside the residence, and occupants refused to answer the door.  Officers checked the door, which was unlocked and opened it announcing Sheriff's Department.  Defendant in an angry and aggressive manner began yelling at officers.  Shile attempting to calm and subdue the defendant, he continue to resists.


0209005226 Missing Person

Location: Camino Bajo, Santa Fe NM

Victim reported that on 6/14/09 at about 5:30pm his 14 year old son told him he was going for a bike ride. Victim stated that his son was picked up at the end of their driveway and has not returned home since. The missing juvenile was entered in to NCIC. Victim believes his son is out and about with friends.


0209005223 Attempted Burglary 06-15-09

Location: 23 East Ramada Way SFNM

On the above date, officers responded to a burglary in progress at the above location.  Upon arrival, victim advised that she heard noises coming from her garage.  Upon checking, she saw two males juveniles walking out with a large Mitor saw.  The two males dropped the saw and fled the area.  Victim advised that the males left in a large dark colored SUV.  Officers searched the area and were unable to locate the suspects.  A BOLO was sent to surrounding agencies.


Case#:  0209005192/ Aggravated DWI, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Speeding/ Date:  06/13/09

Location:  Reata Road and House #8 Reata Road, Santa Fe, NM

Suspect:  Dave Gallegos, age 26, Santa Fe, NM

Charged:  Agg. DWI, Poss. of drug paraphernalia, speeding, suspended driver's license, Improper use of registration, No insurance

On 6/13/09 Gallegos while traveling southbound Cerrillos Road approaching the intersection of the West Frontage Road was tracked on radar 70 mhp in a posted 55 mph zone.  Upon conducting a traffic stop, suspect displayed several signs of impairment.  Suspect  admitted to consuming a few shots.  Suspect showed signs of impairment during SFST's.  Suspect refused to submit to chemical testing.  Suspect was found in possession of a wood/metal smoking device.  DMV revealed that suspect's license was suspended.  DMV revealed that the license plate on the vehicle was not registered.  He also did not have proof of insurance.  Suspect was arrested, transported and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center.


Case#:  0209005218/ Aggravated Assault, Tampering with Evidence, Negligent use of a firearm/ Date:  06/14/09

Location:  405 Calle Maria Felez, Santa Fe, NM

Suspect:  Ivan Saenz-Rascon, age 20, Pecos, NM

Charged:  Agg. Assault, Tampering with evidence, Negligent use of a firearm, possession of a controlled substance to wit: Cocaine

Victim and suspect were involved in an argument because suspect was driving down street at a high rate of speed.  Suspect walked to his vehicle and retrieved a handgun.  Victim entered his residence and returned a short time later.  He observed suspect walking to his vehicle from behind 409 Calle Maria Felez.  Suspect got into another vehicle as a passenger.  Suspect was located on Rufina Street and returned to the scene where victim identified suspect.  Two handguns were located behind a tree.  Suspect was intoxicated at time of incident.  Three plastic bags containing a white powdery substance were found in his vehicle.  Substance tested positive for cocaine.  Suspect was arrested, transported and booked accordingly.

Location:  1200 block of Calle Corrazzi, Santa Fe, NM

Unknown suspects entered victim's home between 6/12/09 at 1330 hours and 6/14/09 at 1800 hours by removing an interior storm window.  Once inside suspects took a flat screen TV, TV stand, cable box, 2 diamond necklaces, and a comforter.  Estimated amount stolen is about $2170.00.
