INVESTIGATION SHOWED WHERE SUSPECT WAS INTOXICATED AND WAS FOUND TO BE ASSAULTING THE STAFF OF THE ALLSUP'S AND HE WOULD NOT LEAVE THE STORE AS ORDER. SUSPECT MADE THREATS TOWARDS SECURTY OFFICER AND THE CLERK. SUSPECT WAS ARRESTED AND TRANSPORTED TO THE ADULT DETENTION CENTER AND BOOKED ON TWO COUNTS OF ASSAULT.

ON THIS DATE DEPUTYS ARRIVED AT ABOVE LISTED LOCATION DUE TO A #911 HANGUP CALL. INVESTIGATION SHOWED THAT VICTIM CALLED DUE TO HER HUSBAND AND HIS BROTHERS WERE DRINKING AND FIGHTING OVER A FOOTBALL GAME. WHILE DEPUTIES WERE THERE SUSPECT BECAME UPSET ABOUT HIS GIRLFREIND CALLING THE SHERIFF'S OFFICE AND STARTED ASSAULTING HER VERABLY AND WITH A FIST. DEPUTY TOOK SUSPECT INTO CUSTODY AT THIS POINT AND HE WAS TRANSPORTED TO THE ADULT DETENTION CENTER AND BOOKED.

INVESTIGATION SHOWED WHERE SUSPECT WAS INTOXICATED AND PUNCHED VICTIM IN THE FACE FOR NO APPARENT REASON. SUSPECT AND HIS WIFE LEFT THE HOUSE AND WERE LOCATED AT THERE HOUSE. SUSPECT WAS ARRESTED ANBD TRANSPORTED TO THE ADULT DETENTION CENTER AND BOOKED ON ABOVE LISTED CHARGES.
