CASE:  0209005171 / AGGRAVATED DWI-DRIVER TO BE LICENSED-DRIVING ROADWAYS LANED FOR TRAFFIC / 06-13-2009

ARREST:  VICENTE MESA-GARCIA, 27 YOA MALE

CHARGES:  AGGRAVATED DWI-DRIVER TO BE LICENSED-ROADWAYS LANED FOR TRAFFIC

ON THIS DATE SUSPECT WAS OBSERVED SOUTH BOUND ON HIGHWAY 599 FAILING TO MAINTIANING HIS LANE OF THE ROADWAY.  SUSPECT WAS FOLLOWED BY BIA OFFICER AND WAS STOPPED AS HER TURNED ONTO LOS PINOS ROAD BY DEPUTY'S.  SUSPECT WAS FOUND TO BE INTOXICATED .13 BrAC AND NO DRIVER LICENSE.  SUSPECT WAS ARRESTED ON ABOVE LISTED CHARGES AND TRANSPORTED TO THE ADULT DETENTION CENTER.

LOCATION: 6100 BLOCK OF VUELTA VENTURA, SANTA FE AREA

ARRESTED:  JOEL ARMENDARIZ, 41 YOA MALE

CHARGES:  DISORDERLY CONDUCT - RESISTING AN OFFICER

 ON THIS DATE DEPUTY'S WERE INVESTIGATING A FIRE AT THE SUSPECTS HOUSE. SUSPECT WAS VERY INTOXICATED AND BEGAIN MAKING THREATES TOWARDS  DEPUTY'S, THEN STARTED KICKING THE SIDE OF A CAR BELONGING TO HIS WIFE, DUE TO HIMTHINKING SHE HAD SOMETHING TO DUE WITH THE FIRE.  SUSPECT WOULD NOT COMPLY WITH DEPUTY'S AND WAS TAKEN INTO CUSTODY AT THAT POINT AND TRANSPORTED TO THE ADULT DETENTION CENTER.

Location: Camino de Jacobo, Santa Fe NM

Items stolen: in dash car stereo, registration, proof of insurance $700.00 value

Victim reported that some time between 6/10/09 at 8:30pm and 6/11/09 at 8:30am some unknown person unlawfully entered his vehicle by unknown means, and stole his in dash car stereo, vehicle registration, and proof of insurance valued at about $700.00. Victim said the vehicle was parked in the parking lot in front oh his residence.

Vehicle : Black 2002 Cadillac Escalade.

Victim reported that sometime between 1:00am and 9:35am on 5/11/2009 some unknown person(s) scratched three sides of his vehicle with an unknown object. Victim estimated the damage to be about $4000.00.

Missing person: 15 Year old, Santa Fe,NM

Victim reported that on Saturday, June 6, 2009 at 2:30 pm, she had dropped off her son, at Warehouse 21, in Santa Fe to hang out with his friends. He was supposed to go with a friend of theirs to be returned home; however, he left Warehouse 21 on his own and has not been heard from since. Also missing was entered into NCIC #M428251954 as a runaway.

 

0209005100 / Assault against a household member / 6-10-09

Deputy assigned: Deputy Chris Archuleta

Location: Walnut Street, Santa Fe, NM

Arrested: Romolo Montes - age 22, Santa Fe, NM

Deputies responded to a domestic disturbance at the above location. Information gathered at the scene showed that the above suspect struck his wife and held her against her will at one point. The suspect fled the residence prior to the deputies arriving on scene but was later located and placed under arrest. He was booked into ADC accordingly.
