Ricardo Venzor-Gutierrez was arrested on an outstanding municipal warrant and charged with Concealing his Identity when he was stopped for unsafe driving. He was booked without inciden and received several traffic citations.

On 9/22/09 Deputy conducted a traffic stop on a 1990 Cadillac Deville 4door with expired plates. The driver was discovered to have a revoked driver’s license due to a prior DWI. ONE ROUND STRUCK THE GLASS WINDOW TO VICTIMS BEDROOM AND THE SECOND ROUND STRUCK THE SECOND STORY SECTION OF THE HOUSE. CASE IS UNDER INVESTIGATION AT THIS TIME.
