ON THIS DATE AT ABOVE LISTED LOCATION DEPUTY CONDUCTED A TRAFFIC STOP. DURING THE INVESTIGATION THE DEPUTY SMELLED THE STRONG ODOR OF BURNT MARIJUANA. CONSENT SEARCH FOUND THAT THE DRIVER HAD A PYREX MARIJUANA PIPE AND HE WAS ISSUSED A CRIMINAL CITATION FOR POSSESSION OF DRUG PARAPHERANLIA. PASSENGER IN THE BACK SEAT WAS A 15 YOA FEMALE. SHE WAS FOUND TO HAVE IN HER POSSESSION A BAGGIE OF MARIJUANA, WITH LESS THAN AN OUNCE OF MARIJUANA. SHE WAS REFERRED TO THE JUVENILE PROBATION OFFICE FOR POSSESSION OF MARIJUANA. AND RELEASED TO HER FATHER. ANOTHER PASSENGER LISTED ABOVE WAS FOUND TO HAVE ECSTASY IN HIS POSSESION. INVESTIGATION FOUND WHERE HE GAVE THE MARIJUANA TO THE FEMALE JUVENILE PASSENGER TO HIDE IT FOR HIM. HE WAS ARRESTED ON ABOVE LISTED CHARGES AND TAKEN TO THE ADULT DETETION CENTER AND BOOKED.

On 11-24-09 at approximately 11:00am, 82 year old male subject was found deceased by a family friend at his residence. There were no signs of foul play and it appears the death was that of natural causes.

On the above date, the above named officer conducted a traffic stop on the defendant for failure to yield right of way to oncoming traffic. Upon running a status check on his driving priviledges, he returned with a revoked license with and arrest clause for a prior DWI. Victim stated suspects took an HP Pavilion Laptop, an Olympus digital camera, a 30 pack of Tecate Beer, a bb gun, $350.00 in cash, $150.00 in coins, a portable DVD player, an Alltel wireless card and a Norelco electric shaver. Estimated value of items taken is $2375.00. Estimated value of damaged door is $500.00.
