Victim reported that sometime between 4:30 pm and 10:15pm on 8/21/09, unknown person(s) UNLAWFULLY GAINED ENTRY to the residence by pulling off a window screen, and opening the unlocked window. Suspect stole a flat screen TV, misc clothing, video games, valued at $2,600.00. No suspect/witness(s)


0209007479 Aggravated DWI 08-21-09

Arrested: Christobal Rodriquez-Ruiz 27yoa

On the above date, officer came uopn the defendant who was passed out in his vehicle parked at the All Sups on lower Airport Rd. SFNM.  Defendant was unable to complete SFST's.  Defendant was arrested and refused to submit to a breath test.  He was transported and booked at the adult detention center.  For furhter information refer to report.

On the above date, officers responded to the above location regarding a loud party.  Upon arrival, the defendant and owner of the residence was confronted regarding three underaged minors who were provided alcohol at her residence.  The three minors were given non-traffic citation and the defendant was arrested and charged with felony "Contributing to the Deliquency of Minors".  She was transported and booked at the adult detention center.  For further information refer to report.

Suspect:  Gary Brown, 41, Santa Fe, NM

Charged:  Driving While License Suspended or Revoked. Roadways Laned for Traffic

On 8-21-2009 at 8:39 PM, the suspect was operating the vehicle north at the location and was unable to maintain a single lane of travel.  A check with the New Mexico Department of Motor Vehicles revealed that the suspect's Neqw Mexico driver's license is revoked with an ignition interlock restriction.  The vehicle was not equipped with an ignition interlock device.

On 8-21-2009 at 8:03 PM, the suspect was operating the vehicle north at the location with an improperly displayed license plate.  It was learned that Quay County Magistrate Judge David Garnett had issued a warrant for the suspect's arrest for Failure to Appear.

On the above date the victim reported that he had placed a item fro sale on E-Bay. The item was for sale at the price of $14,000.00 and a potential buyer send him a check for $3,200.00, and requested that he cash the check and send him some of the money back. Victim contacted the company from where the check was from and he was told that it was a fraudulent check.

Arrested: Raymond Martinez - age 22, Santa Fe, NM

Deputies responded to a domestic disturbance. On arrival they heard screaming from inside the apartment. When trying to investigate the disturbance the above subject attempted to prevent the deputies from entering the apartment. He was placed under arrest and booked into ADC accordingly.

ARRESTED:  AMANDA AHUMADA 20 YOA FEMALE AND GABRIEL E. VALENZUELA 20 YOA MALE BOTH OF SANTA FE

CHARGES:  BATTERY OF A HOUSEHOLD MEMBER, BUYING SELLING GIVING ALCOHOL TO A MINOR, CRIMINAL TRESPASS

ON THIS DATE AT ABOVE LOCATION INVESTIGATION SHOWED THAT AMANDA AHUMADA AND HER BOYFREIND, GABRIEL VALENZUELA HAD BEEN DRINKING AT AMANDA'S HOUSE WHEN THEY GOT INTO AN ARGUMENT.  AMANDA THREW A TV CONTROLLER AT GABRIEL HITTING HIM IN THE FACE.  AMANDA'S PARENTS TOLD BOTH AMANDA AND GABRIEL TO LEAVE THEIR HOUSE AND NOT TO COME BACK.  AMANDA LEFT THE HOUSE AND WENT TO ANOTHER LOCATION.  GABRIEL LEFT THE HOUSE BUT LATER RETURNED ENTERING THE HOUSE THREW AN OPEN WINDOW.  THE PEOPLE AT THE OTHER LOCATION AMANDA WENT TO MADE HJER LEAVE THEIR PROPERTY, SO SHE WENT BACK TO HER PARENTS HOSUE, WHERE SHE WAS LOCATED BY DEPUTIES.  AMANDA WAS ARRESTED FOR BATTERY OF A HOUSEHOLD MEMBER AND BUYING SELLING GIVING ALCOHOL TO A MINOR.  GABRIEL WAS ARRESTED FOR CRIMINAL TRESPASS AND BUYING SELLING GIVING ALCOHOL TO A MINOR.  BOTH WERE TRANSPORTED TO THE ADULT DETENTION CENTER AND BOOKED.

On 08-20-09 the victim reported that sometime between 07:30am and 4:00pm, an unknown person(s) had entered his residence and stole the above items. Entry was gained by forcing open the kithchen window. No suspect(s) had been identified at this time.l

On 08-20-09 Deputies responded to the above location for a Domestic Dispute. During the investigation the victim reported that the suspect slapped her on her nose. The suspect had fled the residence and was later found in the field. The suspect was placed under arrest and booked accordingly.
