Victim reported that some time between 8-21-09 at 5:00pm and 8-24-09 at 6:30 am unknown persons pried open a rear south facing door to the business and stole a safe that was sitting underneath a counter top within the business. Inside the safe was $476.67 cash. Also missing was a moving dolly that Victim suspects the suspects used to wheel out the safe. On 8/22/09 suspect was observed operating a vehicle with one headlamp. A traffic stop was conducted . Upon contact with the suspect an odor of an alcoholic beverage was smelled emitting from his breath. SFST's were administered in which he displayed signs of impairment. Suspect was then arrested, transported, and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center.

On 8/22/09 deputy was dispatched to above location in reference to a domestic dispute. Victim #1 stated that the suspect grabbed her and shoved her and took her phone away. Victim #2 stated that suspect shoved her while she was holding her 5 month old infant. Victim #3 stated that suspect armed himself with a board threatening to strike her. Domestic began due to suspect not being invited to go for a ride. Suspect was arrested, transported and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center.
