On 4/4/09 while travelling eastbound on Rodeo Road approaching Richard's Avenue, I observed that the registration sticker on a silver in color pickup truck to be unclear. A traffic stop was conducted and I noticed that the registration sticker was altered. The suspect was advised and he admitted to having knowledge of the altered registration sticker. Suspect was arrested, transported and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center.

Driver: Curtis Aguino 21 San Juan Pueblo
Driver was traveling southbound on US-84-285 near milepost 177 in the left hand lane, when the victim ran into the roadway and lifted his arms into the air and was struck by the vehicle driven by Aguino. Victim was pornounced at scene by OMI Gonzales.

A vehicle was reported by a private citizen as driving reckless through US 84/285 and into Santa Fe. The vehicle was stopped on Agua Fria Road and the driver exhibited signs of impairment. He was placed under arrest and submitted to a breath test - results .11 and .13. He was booked into ADC accordingly.

On 04-03-09 Deputies responded to Richards Avenue in reference to a welfare check on a male individual passed out in his vehicle. Upon arrival contact was made with above individual. He was found to be under the influence of intoxicating liquor. The driver submitted to a breath test, which showed him to be over the legal limit of .08 BrAC. He was booked into the Santa Fe County Jail accordingly.

Victim reported that sometime between December 28, 2009 and today's date an unknown person(s) broke six 40" X 50" windows on a vacant residence. The supects also entered into the unsecured residence and carved two large X's on two interior walls. The Damage to this residence is estimated at $1,200. No suspects or witnesses at this time.
