PASSENGER REFUSED TO GIVE HIS REAL NAME AND KEPT CHANGING IT. SUSPECT WAS A HISPANIC MALE ABOUT 30 YEARS OF AGE. SUSPECT WAS ARRESTED ON ABOVE LISTED CHARGES AND TRANSPORTED TO THE ADULT DETENTION CENTER. TO THIS TIME HIS IDENTITY WAS UNKNOWN. THE VEHICLE WAS IMPOUNDED.

Deputies responded to assist Paramedics with a medical call. Upon their arrival they discovered and 88 yr. old man was deceased. A DNR was in affect and his passing was expected do to health problems. OMI was summoned to the scene. No foul play is suspected.
