Missing person: 15 Year old, Santa Fe,NM

Victim reported that on Saturday, June 6, 2009 at 2:30 pm, she had dropped off her son, at Warehouse 21, in Santa Fe to hang out with his friends. He was supposed to go with a friend of theirs to be returned home; however, he left Warehouse 21 on his own and has not been heard from since. Also missing was entered into NCIC #M428251954 as a runaway.

Location: Walnut Street, Santa Fe, NM

Arrested: Romolo Montes - age 22, Santa Fe, NM

Deputies responded to a domestic disturbance at the above location. Information gathered at the scene showed that the above suspect struck his wife and held her against her will at one point. The suspect fled the residence prior to the deputies arriving on scene but was later located and placed under arrest. He was booked into ADC accordingly.

On 06-10-09, the victim reported that her residence was burglarized. The victim returned home to find her side door kicked in. The unknown suspect(s) then removed the above items.

On 06-10-09, the victim reported that her residence were broken into while she was not home. The unknown suspect(s) kicked in the front door. Once inside the suspect(s) removed the above items.

Stolen: .22 caliber handgun, .38 caliber handgun, and miscellaneous paperwork

Value: $400.00

On 06-10-09 the victim reported that the above items were taken from her residence. The victim believes that the items were taken from April 24, 2009 and April 30, 2009. The victim had two house guests during this time.

On 06-09-09, the victim reported that unkown suspect(s) forced entry into the residence. Once inside the above items were taken from the residence. No suspects have been identified at this time.

Location: Agua Fria street, Santa Fe NM

Vehicles: 2003 Ford F150, 1999 Ford F250, 1999 Ford Explorer

Items stolen: MP3 player, value $30.00

Victim reported that sometime between 10:30pm on 6-9-09 and 6:15am on 6-10-09 unknown person(s) entered all three of the above stated vehicles through unlocked doors while they were parked in his drive way. No damage was reported to any of the vehicles and only an MP3 player was taken from the Ford Explorer.

Location: Pojoaque Supermarket- Pojoaque

A male subject driving a white small truck with tinted windows pulled into the parking lot and began to yell profanities at the customers. The unknown male pulled a handgun and waived it in a threatening manner. The suspect then left the area. The victims were unable to identify the suspect.

On 06-09-09, the victim reported that sometime between 06-08-09 at about 9:00pm and the morning of 06-09-09 unknown suspect(s) had broken the windows to his 1992 Ford truck. The suspects also broke out the tail lights and head lights on the truck. The unknown suspects removed the above items from the bed of the truck.

On 06-09-09 the victim returned home to find her residence burglarized. The unknown suspect(s) gained entry through the west facing office window. Once inside the residence the above items were taken from the residence. No suspects had been identified at this time.
