Arrested: Sandra Stone - age 46, Santa Fe, NM

The above driver was stopped subsequent to a suspicious vehicle broadcast by dispatch. The vehicle matched the same description broadcasted. During the stop, the driver displayed numerous signs of impairment and was placed under arrest. The driver was booked into ADC accordingly.

Suspect: Matthew Rael    Age: 24  Santa Fe

Responded to domestic dispute on Pueblo Garcia.  It was learned that Matthew Rael had pushed a household member out of a parked vehicle and slammed the door striking victim's hand as well. Rael was arrested and charged with Battery Against a Household Member.

Victim reports automobile alarm went off at between midnight and 3:00 am but she did not discover the vehicle had been entered until about 9:00 am.  Victim states that no forced entry occured an a pair of shoes along with keys and a small amount of cash was missing.  Case is under investigation.

On 12-14-09 at approximately 1:00PM an unknown person gained entry to the victim's vehicle and stole her purse. The purse contained some credit cards, misc. papers and $60.00 in cash.

On 12-14-09 at approximately 10:30 AM the victim reported that two unknown suspects gained entry to her residence through a rear window. Nothing appeared to be missing. The suspects were seen leaving the area in a black mercedes with a temp. tag.

O n Mon, 12/14/09, at approx 3:00 am, Deputies responded to an activated alarm at said business, and found a broken window , and unlocked door. Business owner arrived and confirmed a burglary. Two money bags containing about $1,600 cash were missing. Owner suspects an ex-employee who was fired about a week ago. Investigation continues.

On the above date, the above named officer responded to the above location regarding the above investigation.  Upon arrival, victim advised that person(s) unknown gained unlawful entery ito her vehicle and stole the starting chip to the vehicle.  There was no evidence of forced entery nor were any other items taken.  For further information, refer to officer's report.
