On the above date, officers were dispatched to the above location at the request of the Santa Fe City Police to assist them on a possible domestic disturbance. Upon arrival officers learned that the defendant and his girlfriend were involved in an arguement while the defendant was driving the vehicle. The female jumped out of the vehicle while it was still in motion. The female was transported to St. Vincent's Hospital and was treated ant released. The defendant displayed signs of impairment and was arrested and transported to the adult detention center and booked accordingly. For further information, refer to offcier's report.

On the above date, the above named officer conducted a traffic stop on the defendant for failing to stop at a red light, failing to maintain lane and traveling 60mph on a posted 40mph zone. Upon making contact, the defendant was found to be under the influence and failed field tests. Defendant also had a glass tube with suspected cocaine residue on it. Defednant was transported and booked at the adult detetion center.

On 12-12-09 at approximately 2:13 PM a male or female suspect wearing a grey hooded sweatshirt walked in to the gift shop and handed the clerk a note. The note stated that the suspect had a gun and to hand him all the money or he would shoot her. The clerk gave the suspect all the money and the suspect fled the area with approximately $1,000.00 in cash.
