On Sat 11/12/09, at approx 2:30am, Deputies responded to said address, in which a male was found by his wife, laying in bed with no signs of life. Male had terminal cancer, and a DNR was in place. OMI suspects natural causes, no signs of foul play.

On 12/11/09, at 11:29 pm, suspect was driving a 2003 Ford Mustang, bearing NM plate# 165-PSA, and was stopped for speeding. Suspect was found to be impaired, and was arrested, charged, and booked accordingly. Breath tests were .11/.13

SUSPECT WAS ARRESTED ON ABOVE LISTED CHARGES AND BOOKED AT THE ADULT DETENTION CENTER. WARRANT WAS SERVED. VEHICLE WAS IMPOUNDED.

ON THIS DATE AT ABOVE LISTED LOCATION, SUSPECT GOT INTO A ARGUMENT WITH VICTIM HIS MOTHER. VICTIM BECAME SCARED AND CALLED FOR HELP SO SUSPECT FLEED THE SCENE AFTER TAKING VICTIMS CELL PHONE. SUSPECT WAS LOCATED TRYING TO GET A RIDE FROM THE ALLSUP'S AND REFUSED TO GIVE HIS REAL NAME. SUSPECT WAS TAKEN BACK TO THE HOUSE WHERE HE WAS FOUND TO HAVE VICTIMS CELL PHONE. SUSPECT WAS FOUND TO HAVE A SYRINGE THAT TESTED POSITIVE TO HAVE CONTAINED HEROIN. SUSPECT WAS ARRESTED ON ABOVE LISTED CHARGES AND TAKEN TO THE ADULT DETENTION CENTER AND BOOKED

ON THIS DATE DEPUTY WAS SENT TO INVESTIGATE A MOTOR VEHICLE CRASH AT THE ABOVE LISTED LOCATION. SUSPECT STATED SHE WAS DRIVING ONE OF THE VEHICLE INVOLVED IN CRASH. INVESTIGATION SHOWED THAT SHE WAS GIVING FALSE INFORMATION TO PROTECT HER FREIND FROM BEING APPREHENDED AND HE WAS THE DRIVER THAT CAUSED THE CRASH ANBD FLEED ON FOOT. SUSPECT WAS ARRESTED AND TAKEN TO THE ADULT DETENTION CENTER AND BOOKED. THE DRIVER THAT FLEED WAS NOT LOCATED AT THIS TIME AND CASE IS STILL UNDER INVESTIGATION.

On 12-09-09 at about 6:50pm, Deputies were dispatched to the area in reference to suspicious activity in the area of Sagebrush Road. Upon arrival into the area it was learned that the victims residence had been burglarized. The unknown suspect(s) gained entry into the residence by removing a screen and opening the window. Once inside the residence the above items were taken. Suspect information is pending at this time.

Victim reported that she went out of town for the months of October and November and upon returning home some of here belongings were missing. Victim believes her roommate sold here belongings thinking she had abandoned them. Suspect stated victim had removed some of her belongings last weekend when she showed up. Victim stated the items missing were valued at about $7235.00. Suspect denied stealing any of the victim’s belongings.
