Victim reported that some time between 6/10/09 at 8:30pm and 6/11/09 at 8:30am some unknown person unlawfully entered his vehicle by unknown means, and stole his in dash car stereo, vehicle registration, and proof of insurance valued at about $700.00. Victim reported that on Saturday, June 6, 2009 at 2:30 pm, she had dropped off her son, at Warehouse 21, in Santa Fe to hang out with his friends. He was supposed to go with a friend of theirs to be returned home; however, he left Warehouse 21 on his own and has not been heard from since. Also missing was entered into NCIC #M428251954 as a runaway.

Arrested: Romolo Montes - age 22, Santa Fe, NM
Deputies responded to a domestic disturbance at the above location. Information gathered at the scene showed that the above suspect struck his wife and held her against her will at one point. The suspect fled the residence prior to the deputies arriving on scene but was later located and placed under arrest. He was booked into ADC accordingly.
