Vehicles: 2003 Ford F150, 1999 Ford F250, 1999 Ford Explorer

Items stolen: MP3 player, value $30.00

Victim reported that sometime between 10:30pm on 6-9-09 and 6:15am on 6-10-09 unknown person(s) entered all three of the above stated vehicles through unlocked doors while they were parked in his drive way. No damage was reported to any of the vehicles and only an MP3 player was taken from the Ford Explorer.

A male subject driving a white small truck with tinted windows pulled into the parking lot and began to yell profanities at the customers. The unknown male pulled a handgun and waived it in a threatening manner. The suspect then left the area. The victims were unable to identify the suspect.

Stolen: (2) Blue Point Pneumatic Impact Wrenches, 100 piece Craftsman Socket Set

Value: $1,200.00

On 06-09-09, the victim reported that sometime between 06-08-09 at about 9:00pm and the morning of 06-09-09 unknown suspect(s) had broken the windows to his 1992 Ford truck. The suspects also broke out the tail lights and head lights on the truck. The unknown suspects removed the above items from the bed of the truck.

On 06-09-09 the victim returned home to find her residence burglarized. The unknown suspect(s) gained entry through the west facing office window. Once inside the residence the above items were taken from the residence. No suspects had been identified at this time.

Victim: 62 year old male

On 06-09-09 Santa Fe County Fire Personnel were dispatched to Apache Plume in reference to a male having difficulty breathing. Fire Personnel were unable to rescusitate the male. The male had a lengthly medical history. No foul play appeared to be involved.

Stolen: Portable safe containing checks, certificates, currency, and a Sanyo digital camera.

Value: $3,950.00

On the above date unknown suspect(s) forced entry through the bathroom window. Once inside the residence the unknown suspect(s) removed the above items. The suspect(s) also damaged the window on the door.


0209005013 Burglary (Auto)

Location: Airport Road / Thomas Road, Santa Fe NM

OnVictim reported that sometime between 6-4-09 at 5:00pm and 6-6-09 at 5:00pm some unknown person(s) shattered all the windows to his 1988 Chevrolet Komfort Motor Home. The suspects also spray painted “sur13” on the driver side of the motor home. The suspects gained unauthorized entry into the motor home and spray painted on the cabinets inside.

The victim was away from her home between 8:30am and 9:00pm on June 9, 2009. When she returned, she found her house had been forcibly entered and several items missing from inside. At the time of report, there were no suspects or witnesses known.

LOCATION: 100 BLOCK OF ADOBY CREEK, POJOAQUE AREA

ARRESTED:  ANTHONY P. ROMANO, 38 YOA MALE

CHARGES:  BATTERY OF A HOUSEHOLD MEMBER

On this date deputy's were sent to the above listed location due to a domestic in progress and there was battery.  investigation showed where above listed suspect was involved in an agurment over some rigns that were in lay away.  Victim reported she was on the phone with her daughter when suspect became irritated.  Victim had a swollen eye from being hit.  Suspect admitted to stricking victim.  Suspect was arrested and taken to the Adult Detention Cneter on the above listed charges.
