Deputy was dispatched to the above location in reference to a structure fire. Fire personnel advised that the residence appeared to be ransacked. The victim was able to state that the above item was missing. Do to the fire it was not possible to locate any latent prints. A set of tire tracks were located behing the residence.

On 04-17-09 victim reported that his friend had taken his recorder, microphone stand, and 3 microphone cables. Victim stated taht thic occurred on 04-14-09 after band practice, when he went to bed. Deputy made contact with suspect and items were returned.

On 04-17-09 the above individual was found to be parked in front of his ex-girlfriends residence. There was an active arrest warrant for his arrest out of District Court. It was also found that the above individual was in violation of an active order of protection signed by Distict Court Judge Raymond Ortiz. Upon being taken into custody, he refused to comply with commands and was physically taken into custody. He was booked into the Santa Fe COunty Jail accordingly.

On 4/16/09 deputy observed suspect almost strike several vehicles and commit several vehicle infractions. Deputy conducted a traffic stop. Contact was made with suspect in which he appeared to be impaired. SFST's were conducted and suspect showed signs of impairment. Suspect was arrested and submitted to a breath test. His BrAC results were .11, .11. Suspect was transported and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center.

On 4/16/09 a bolo was issued for suspect by the Santa Fe City Police Department. Deputy located vehicle at above location and conducted a traffic stop. Deputy ran suspect through DMV and NCIC in which suspect had a suspended/revoked driver's license and a bench warrant out of Santa Fe Municipal Court for failure to appear. Suspect was arrested, transported and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center.

Victim stated that his vehicle was broken into sometime last night. Victim stated suspect(s) broke driver's side front window and took misc. tools, misc. clothing, a suitcase, and a backpack. Estimated value of items taken is $850.00. Estimated damage amount is $500.00.
