Marcia Maier was arrested for DWI after being stopped on I-25 for traffic lane violation and she was found to be impaired. Her Bac was .08 or greater.

Sometime between 11-11-09 5:00 PM and 11-15-09 1:00 PM someone broke a window to the victim's residence to gain entry. The victim is on family business in Florida, so when the caretaker went to check on the residence today he noticed the break in. Contact was made with the home owner and he will take inventory to find out what is missing when he gets back.

Janelle Pacheco was arrested for DWI after deputies responded to a roll over crash in La Cienega and found her to be impaired. She had no injuries and BAC is pending blood test analysis.

Sometime between 11-11-09 and 11-12-09 someone broke into the victim's vehicle and stole several items of value. No force was used to enter the vehicles.

Officer conducted a welfare check on the defendant who was passed out in the McDonald's Parking lot. Upon making contact, officer noted signs of imopairment and defendant admitted to drinking. Defednant failed field tests and was arrested. Defendant had her two children with her being 5 years of age and 12months old. She was also charged with child indangerment. The children were turned over to their garndmother. The defendant had a .17 BrAC and was booked accordingly at the adult detention center.

On teh above date, teh above named officer responded to teh above lcoation regarding the above offense. Upon speaking with the victims, they advised that they were attending aparty at the FOP and unknown person(s) stole several cards containing an estimated $300.00 in Currency. Upon their arriving home, they noticed that person(s) unknown gained unlawful entry into their home and stole $6,000.00 worth of miscellanus jewelry, a Nintendo game with six videos, a cellular telephone and a Sony camcorder. Charges: Criminal Sexual Penetration, Battery Against A Household Member
On the above date the victim reported that she had been sexually assaulted and battered by her boyfriend. He was located a few minutes later and placed under arrest and booked on the above charges. The victim was transported to St. Vincents hospital.

Arrested: Jerrold Salazar, Age: 38, Address: Pacheco Lane, State Rd. 76
Charges: Agg. DWI, Careless Driving, Revoked Drivers License, Leaving The Scene Of An Auto Accident, Resisting Arrest.
On the above date the suspect struck a motor cycle at the above location, then fled the scene. He was located a few miles down the road where he attempted to run from the police officers who had him in custody. It was later determined that he was under the influence of intoxicating liqour or drugs. He was placed under arrest and booked accordingly.
