Suspect: Jamie Dominguez-Gonzales age 36

Victim reported that at approx 0414hrs/am, her ex-boyfriend arrived at her residence and started banging on all the doors and windows, demanding to be let in. Victim refused to let him in, so he removed a bedroom window screen, and forced open a window, where he unlawfully gained entry. Victim locked herself in her sons bedroom, but the suspect pushed /broke open the door. Victim called 911, and suspect left through the front door. Victim has a retraining order, but he has not been served yet. Suspect could not be located.


0209003359 Aggravated Battery 04-21-09

Location: 2227 Jemez Rd. SFNM

On the above date, officers were dispatched to the above location regarding a female who had been struck in the head with a baseball bat.  Upon arrival, the victim advised that she and some "friends" were drinking at her home.  She advised that an unidentified female began to get jealous because she was talking to her boyfriend.  She advised that the female grabbed a baseball bat and struck her in the head.  The victim sustained a small cut to her head and had a cut on her right wrist.  Medics cared for the victim and advised that the injuries were not lfe threatening and transported her to the hospital.  Officer seaerched the area for the suspect who could not be located.

Locaton: 2872 Dail Circle, Santa Fe, NM

Arrested: Jay Madrid 27yoa

On the above date, the above named officer was dispatched to the above location regarding a violent domestic disturbance.  Upon arrival, the victim advised that the defendant/her husband pushed her by the face and held her against her will.  She also advised that he refused to allow her to leave her bedroom.  The defendant was arrested and transported to the adult detention center and booked accordingly.

Charges: Disorderly Conduct, Resisting or Obstructing an Officer

Deputies responded to a report of a fight in progress.  Upon arrival, a male individual began to become hostile with medical personnel and Deputies.  The male was arrested and booked accordingly.

Arrested: Salomon Salmeron, 68 yoa male

Charge: Possession of a Controlled Substance to wit: Trazadone

Deputy was booking a male subject on an outstanding bench warrant and several prescription medication pills of Trazadone were found on the suspect's person.  The suspect was booked for being in possession of the pills without a prescription.

On 4-21-09 a representative of the Guadalupe Credit Union reported that a male individual had cashed fraudlent third party checks at this location between March 25, 2009 and April 3, 2009 totaling the amount of $4,796.00.  Suspect information is pending at this time.

Suspect/Arrested: Eleazar Guvara-Garcia (25-years-old) 

 

Deputies responded to the above location on 4-21-09 at approximately 7:30 a.m. in reference to a male breaking windows on a residence.  Upon deputies arrival the above subject was located in the area.  The victim advised that the above suspect arrived at her residence intoxicated and when she would not let him in he broke the window on the front of the residence which is owned by the Santa Fe County Housing Authority.  Subject was arrested for criminal damage to property.

The above driver was stopped for failing to maintain his lane. He exhibited signs of impairment and was placed under arrest for DWI. The driver refused to submit to a breath test. He was booked into ADC accordingly.

The above driver was stopped for failing to stop at a stop sign. He exhibited signs of impairment and was placed under arrest. He submitted to a breath test and the results were .18. The driver was booked into ADC accordingly.


0209003288 Burglary

Location: Camino Vista Aurora, Santa Fe NM

Items stolen: black 2005 GMC pick up truck 4 door

 On Monday, April 20, 2009 at 11:25 a.m., deputies were dispatched to 964 Camino Vista Aurora, in reference to a burglary in progress where the home owner, saw three male subjects running out of the South (back door) of his home. He stated that he was unclear how these subjects gained access, except that the back door may have been left unlocked. He also stated that it appeared that his 2005 GMC 4 door pick up truck had also been stolen. Victim stated that the three subjects appeared to be wearing dickies style pants, short hair or bald. Shortly after passing this information over the police radio, Cpl. Rich Sisneros apprehended two subjects matching that description. For further information regarding that arrest refer to the supplemental report by Cpl Sisneros. Victim signed a stolen car affidavit and the truck was entered into NCIC
