Deputies responded to a report of a fight in progress, an investigation revealed that the above named suspect was intoxicated and had battered his girlfriend. The suspect began to staggar down a flight of stairs with his infant child in his arms. He began a fist fight with a neighbor and placed his infant child in a situation where bodily harm could have been received. He was arrested and booked accordingly.

On the above date the victim reported that over the last two years someone has been entering her residence and stealing money from her purse. At one point her purse was in her vehicle and money ended up missing that time also. It is unknown at this time how entry is being gained in to the residence.

Sometime between 8:30 pm on 05-30-09 and 9:00 am on 05-31-09 someone broke the window to the Dentist Office at the above location and stole the computer from the front desk. There are no suspects at this time

On the above date the victim was found unresponsive and not breathing in his home at the above location. Attempt was made to revive him butr the paramedics were unsuccessful. The victim had a history of medical problems.

On the above date it was reported that there was a burnt vehicle at the above location. When the vehicle was located all the tires were missing and it was totally burnt. When contact was made with the owner who was on vacation she had no idea her vehicle had been stolen.

The above driver was stopped for failing to maintain his lane. The driver exhibited numerous signs of impairment and was placed under arrest. A passenger in the vehicle was found to have an active arrest warrant and was also placed under arrest. Both individuals were booked into ADC accordingly.

Victim reported that sometime between 5/27/2009 at 2200 hrs and this morining at about 0700hrs some unknown person burglarized his Ford SUV. Entry was gained throught the driver side doors and stole the above listed items valued at about $1300.00

On May 28, 2009 victim reported that between 5:30 pm 5/27/2009 and 10:30 am on 5/28/2009 an unknown suspect had broken into her Buick Century while it was parked in her garage at Casa Rufina, Apartments. She stated that she found her car that morning with the right front passenger window shattered and her handicap placard had been stolen.

On Thursday, May 28, 2009, deputies were dispatched to the above location in reference to a residential alarm. Deputies met with Mr. Leyba at that location where the back (East facing) door was found to have been pried open. Mr. Leyba reported that nothing had been taken and surmised that the alarm had frightened the perpetrators away.
