Victims locked storage shed was forcibly broken into to. Stolen was a chainsaw. There is no suspect information at this time.

Location: I-25 (Santa Fe) Arrested: Dolores Romero DOB: 9/30/55 Charges: DWI and Revoked Drivers’ license
Suspect was stopped after this Agency received calls from motoring public on her reckless driving behavior on the interstate. Driver was found to display several signs of intoxication and was arrested. Driver was taken to St. Vincent’s Hospital for a blood draw to determine her blood alcohol concentration.

Victim reported that forcible entry was made into a locked shed on the property. Inside the shed several livestock items were stolen, including horse bits, reins, bell boots and ropes.

Victim reported that her vehicle was broken into. The vehicle was left unlocked and not damaged. Taken was her above purse and all of it’s contents. Also taken was No other information was obtained.

On above date victim reported unknown suspect(s) broke a bedroom window and took a Sony playstation 3 from on top of the dresser. Victim stated that he believes suspect(s) did not go through the rest of the residence. Playstation is valued at $600.00. Playstation was entered into NCIC.

On 4/24/09 victim reported that between 0000 hours and 0600 hours unknown person(s) gained entry to 3 of his vehicles. Victim stated that unknown person(s) stole $140.00 from the center console of the maroon Ford pickup. Victim stated unknown person(s) removed the owner's manual from the white in color Mercury and placed it inside the bronze in color GEO. Nothing else appeared to be taken. Victim stated that vehicles were locked unknown how entry was gained.

Charges: Agg DWI, open container, no insurance
On 4/24/09 at 1:00am, suspect was driving a 2001 Ford Ranger pk, bearing NM plate# 327-RIR, and was stopped for driving very slow, and repeated braking. Suspect was found to be highly intoxicated, and was arrested, charged, booked accordingly. Breath tests were .18/.17

Charges: Burglary, Larcey, Criminal Damage to Property, Contributing to the Delinquency of a Minor
The victim contacted 911 to report that he arrived home and found two males were burglarizing his residence. Deputies arrived and the suspects had fled on foot from the residence. The suspects were known by the victim and were identified to the Deputy, who then tracked down the suspects and took them into custody. The investigation revealed that the suspects kicked the front door in on the residence in order to steal a small safe which contained a small amount of marijuana. The safe was recovered and a small amount of marijuana was found inside. The owner of the safe was cited for possession of marijuana under one ounce. One of the males suspects was a juvenile and was turned over to his parents. The above named individual was booked accordingly into the Santa Fe County Jail.
