ARRESTED: DANIEL GOMEZ, 18 YOA MALE
CHARGES: CONTRIBUTING TO THE DELINQUENCY OF A MINOR, POSSESSION OF DRUG PARAPHERNALIA AND MARIJUANA UNDER ONE OUNCE, CONCEALING IDENTITY.
On this date deputy observed a 1998 Dodge pickup failing to mantian its lane of the roadway on Airport Road. Deputy stopped vehicle and found where the passenger, listed above was involved in smoking marijauan with two juvenile males. Marijuana and drug paraphernalia were located in the vehicle. Suspect concealed his identity from officers. Suspect was arrested on above listed charges and taken to the Adult Detention Center. Driver of the vehicle which is a juvenile was arrested and released to his parents as per the JPPO on contributing to the delinquency of a minor. Other juvenile passenger was released to his parents.

Victim reported that sometime between 5-25-09 at 2:00pm and 5-26-09 at 8:00am some unknown person(s) entered the residence through un unlocked garage door. The above driver crashed his vehicle and started battering another passenger. The driver was found to be impaired and was placed under arrest for DWI and aggravated battery on the passenger. He was transported to St. Vincent's Hospital for medical treatment and then to ADC.

On this date suspect lost control of the vehicle that he was driving west bound on Airport Road and crashed into a construction site. Suspect was found to be intoxicated and had a .18 BrAC. Suspect is 20 yoa. Suspect was arrested on above listed charges and taken to the Adult Detention Center where he was booked on the charges listed above.

A 13 year old child is reported to have been physically battered by a parent at home according to local Santa Fe School Officials. The child received bruising upon the arms from two separate blunt objects. The child was taken into protective custody as the investigation continues.

Suspect: Bernie Armijo Age:73 Golden NM
Bernie Armijo was arrested for DWI after he "flagged down" a Sheriff's Unit by driving at a high rate of speed and flashing his headlights for the unit to stop. Armijo showed signs of impairment while describing a dispute with one of his neighbors that had just occured. Armijo failed to provide a proper breath sample and was armed with a loaded handgun during this encounter.

On 5/25/09, Deputies responded to a Domestic disturbance involving an uncle/nephew. According to the Uncle (Cordova), they were both drinking, and got into an argument. The nephew(Salazar)the broke a window to his Uncle's house and attacked him with a baseball bat, striking him on the back of the head. The Uncle then took the baseball bat away, and struck him back. The nephew fell off the front porch, and was taken to St. Vincent hospital ER for injuries sustained. The nephew and his girlfriend claim that they were at the Mine Shaft Tavern, when he got in a fight with an unknown male."ViCTIM" was highly intoxicated and uncoperative. A "crimescene" was located at the Uncle's house, and a baseball bat with blood on it was also located. Case refered to investigations for follow up.

The above named defendant was located at above location following several reports of reckless driving. A motorist followed the driver to above location and identified the defendant as the driver. The defendant was subsequently arrested for DWI and booked accordingly.
