On the above date the victim reported that about a month ago she hired a male subjest to help her around the house because of her bad health. When she sent him to pick up his perscriptions he told her that the cost was $100.00 when it was only $6.00. He Kept the rest of the money. About a week ago he left the residence and took  $700.00 of her money.

The above driver was stopped for equipment violation on his vehicle and was found to exhibit signs of impairment. He was placed under arrest and submitted to a breath test. The results were .05 and .06. The driver was booked into ADC.

It was reproted that sometime between 10:45 P.M. on 05-17-09 and 12:40 P.M. on 05-18-2009 an unknown person gained forced entry into a residnece at the above location through the front door.  It is unknown if anything was taken from the residence as the home owner was not available at the time of this report.  No suspects or witness information is availible at this time.

Victim reported that sometime between 9:00am and 1:00pm on May 15, 2009 unknown person(s) kick the front door in to the residence causing major damage to the frame and wall. The suspect(s) then gained unauthorized entry into the residence and stole the above stated items from the master bedroom.

Arrested: Roxanne Romero - 23, Santa Fe, NM

Deputies responded to a domestic dispute and attempted to pull over the above suspect as she was leaving the residence. The suspect fled and was later located when she hit a house trying to turn around with her lights off. She was found to be intoxicated and in possession of cocaine. She was placed under arrest and booked into ADC.

Location: Los Pinos Road - Santa Fe, NM

Arrested: Alvaro Rodriguez-Mendez - age 34, Santa Fe, NM

The victim in this case reported that the above subject (her boyfriend) entered her home accusing her of dancing with other guys. He proceeded to hold her down on the bed for several minutes and later grabbed her by her neck and threw her. Deputies were able to corroborate the victim's statement and located the said subject and placed him under arrest. The subject was booked into ADC accordingly.

Arrested: Edward Landeros - age 33, Santa Fe, NM

The above driver fled on foot from the scene of a traffic stop and was later apprehended. He was found to be impaired and in possession of a controlled substance and had an active arrest warrant. He was placed under arrest and booked into ADC accordingly.

Arrested: Javier Ignacio Nava Laguero - age 36, Santa Fe, NM

The above driver was found passed out behind the wheel of his car on the shoulder of the roadway. He exhibited signs of impairment and was placed under arrest. He submitted to a breath test and the results were .20 and .20. The driver was booked into ADC accordingly.

Location: Caja del Oro Grant Road- Santa Fe, NM

Arrested: Gerardo Bencomo age 20: Santa Fe, NM

Charges: Driving on a Revoked License, Speeding, Proof of Insurance and Registration required.

On 05-16-09 the above person was stopped for speeding at the above location. Upon running the driver through MVD, it was learned that his license was Revoked with the arrest clause. The driver was unable to procude proof of insurance or registration. He was placed under arrest and booked into the Santa Fe County Jail accordingly.
