On 4/16/09 deputy observed suspect almost strike several vehicles and commit several vehicle infractions. Deputy conducted a traffic stop. Contact was made with suspect in which he appeared to be impaired. SFST's were conducted and suspect showed signs of impairment. Suspect was arrested and submitted to a breath test. His BrAC results were .11, .11. Suspect was transported and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center.

On 4/16/09 a bolo was issued for suspect by the Santa Fe City Police Department. Deputy located vehicle at above location and conducted a traffic stop. Deputy ran suspect through DMV and NCIC in which suspect had a suspended/revoked driver's license and a bench warrant out of Santa Fe Municipal Court for failure to appear. Suspect was arrested, transported and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center.

On 4/16/09 deputy responded to 1601 St. Michael's Drive and met with victim. Victim advised that he parked his vehicle at above location about 2 months ago, but would check on it periodically. Victim stated that his vehicle was broken into sometime last night. Victim stated suspect(s) broke driver's side front window and took misc. tools, misc. clothing, a suitcase, and a backpack. Estimated value of items taken is $850.00. Estimated damage amount is $500.00.

on the above date the suspect was placed under arrest after he had been involved in a domestic dipute with his girlfriend. She claimed that he had battered her. Victim had visible injuries to her head and arm.

Locaton: 5166 Agua Fria Rd. (All Sups Convienent Store) SFNM
On the above date, the above officer was dispatched to the above locaton regarding a silent panic alarm. The officer was dispatched at 2336 hours and arrived on scene at 2339 hours. Upon his arrival it was learned that two male suspects with their faces covered entered the store and one of them was armed with a semi automatic pistol. The armed suspect told the clerk to give him the money. The suspect then fired three rounds inside the store. The two then fled on foot with an undetermined amount of currency. Officers searched the area unable to locate the suspects. The scene waa turned over to detective division.

On the above date, the above vehicle was stoped for running a stop sign and almost sticking a marked Sheriff's unit. Upon making contact witht the driver, she displayed signs of impairment. Defendant failed field tests and was arrested. The defendant had a .13 and .14 BrAC and was transported to the adult detention center where she was booked accordingly.
