On 9-7-2009 at 5:59 PM, the suspect was operating the vehicle east at the location at 41 miles per hour in a posted 30 mile per hour zone. A check with the New Mexico Department of Motor Vehicles revealed that the suspect's New Mexico driver's license is revoked with the arrest clause attached. The suspect was also found to be in possession of an open bottle of Lord Calvert Canadian Whiskey.

On the above date, dispatch advised that they had a caller on the line advising that they were being chased by an unknown person in an unknown vehicle and that unknown person(s) were shooting at them while they were driving at the above location. Officers intercepted the caller and the closest vehicle behind it and made contact with both. The caller and his passengers advised that the vehicle, which they could not discribe and person(s) within the vehicle threw beer bottles and shot at them while they were on South Meadows. Officers proceeded to the area discribed by the caller and could not locate any evidence of broken beer bottles or bullet casings. The other driver and his passenger advised that the caller and his passengers were following them and denied throwing bottles or shooting at them. Concent to search their car was given and no firearm or bullet casings were located. The caller and his passengers had conflicting statements regarding the incident. On the above date, officer conducted a traffic stop on the defendant for speeding. Officer noted an odor of alcohol and requested assistance from a traffic unit. Defendant was given field tests, which he failed and was arrested. Defendant refused to submit to a breath test. He was transported and booked accordingly at the adult detention center.

On the above date, the above named officer conducted a Traffic stop on the defendant for failure to maintain his lane of traffic. Defednant did not produce any authorization for driving or any vehicle paperwork. Officer noted the odor of acohol and the defendant failed field tests. Defendant was arrested, and while conducting an inventory of the vehcle, suspected cocaine was found folded in a dollar bill. Defendant was transported and booked at the adult detention center.

On the above date, the above named officer responded to the area of Paseo De la Luz SFNM regarding a call of a strongarm robbery. The complainant who is the father of the alleged victim advised that his daughter was attending a party off of Old Las Vegas Highway. He advised that she was attacked and beaten up by an female that she would not identify, and that the female had stolen her purse, which contained $300.00 in US Curency. Prior to officer's arrival, the complainants daughter had left the area unwilling to give officer any information regarding the incident. For further information, refer to report.

On 9/5/09 deputy observed vehicle westbound on Avenida Vista Grand in the eastbound lanes and was also travelling 60 mph on a 40 mph zone. A traffic stop was conducted and driver showed signs of impairment. Driver was arrested and taken to Christus St. Vincent Hospital for a blood draw. Results are pending. Suspect was transported and booked into Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center.
