Victim reported that over the past six months she has noticed that several arcticles of jewelry valued at approx. $4,700 were missing from her residence. Victim advised that she had a security system installed in her residence in September 2008 and left the employee of this security company by himself in her residence for several hours. Victim advised that she has not observed any forced entry into her residence and does not know exactly when these items were taken. No suspects or witnesses at this time.

LOCATION: 6100 BLOCK OF VUELTA VENTURA, SANTA FE AREA
ARRESTED: NICOLAS AVITIA-BATISTA, 30 YOA MALE
CHARGES: AGGRAVAGTED DWI, OPEN CONTAINER, DRIVER TOO BE LICENSE, ROADWAYS LANED FOR TRAFFIC
On this date deputy observed suspect driving a 1999 GMC Yukon in Tierra Real making a turn onto Vuelta Ventura going about 2 mph driving and driving over the curb of the roadway. Suspect was stopped and found to be intoxicated (.20/.20 BrAC). The suspect was found to have an open container of beer (Bud Light), no drivers license. Suspect was arrested and taken to the Adult Detention Center and booked on above listed charges.

Charges: Possession of Drug Paraphenalia, Criminal Damage to Property, and Service of Documents
On 04-12-09 the above individual was witnessed graffiting the stalls in the men's restroom at Harry's Roadhouse. The male was contacted and found to be in possession of a pyrex pipe with marijuana residue. He was also found to have an active Magistrate Court warrant for his arrest. He was booked into the Santa Fe County Jail accordingly.

On 04-10-09 the above item was stolen from a Ford F350 while it was parked at the above location. The owner stated that he parked there while he completed the walk to Chimayo. When he returned the window was damaged and the phone gone.

On 04-11-09 the above individual provided several different dates of birth. He was placed under arrest and booked into the Santa Fe County Jail under the above name. he was charged with the above charges. He was originally stopped for the vehicle not having registration.

On 04-12-09 the above individual was observed failing to maintain his vehicle's lane of travel. Upon making contact with the driver he advised that he may have a warrant for his arrest. Dispatch further advised that he did have a warrant for his arrest out of Municipal Court and that his license was revoked. He was placed under arrest and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center accordingly.

On 04-11-2009 the above individual was placed under arrest after it was reported that he was tailgating another vehicle on Agua Fria. The above individual was advised to pull over as he was stopped behind the crime check male. As I turned around to pull behind the vehicle, I observed the vehicle leave the area. The vehicle turned down Camino Meliton and stopped at the dead end. The driver was identified and found not to have a driver's license. He was also unable to provide proof of insurance and registration.

On the above date the victim reported that her neighbor saw two hispanic teenagers running from the her residence. The victim stated that she was not home from 04-11-2009 and today at 1:30pm. The victim stated that only the above items were taken. The suspects were not located at this time.

Jose Avita-Marquez was stopped for speeding and showed signs of impairment. He was arrested for DWI with a BAC over three times the legal limit.
